Cowboy Bounty Hunter Novels & Stories

He sits down next to me and rests his eyes on the photograph, taps it with his finger. “I went to the office and called your father from a secure line. I got a description of the guy who came to see him. Turns out he also left a name and phone number. The name is a fake, of course. The number is just a pager. But the name, Buddy Starr, is on a list of aliases for a guy called Simon Briggs. He’s a bounty hunter. Not as in bail bondsman, more like a private contractor. He’s the guy you hire when you want to find someone and aren’t necessarily worried in what condition. His list of criminal associations is long and colorful.” “Why would he be looking for Lolita?” I ask.

The police had to get involved, there were two police cars out the front of the diner. Ducking under the police tape, Damien stepped into his diner, he was feared by everyone, humans, wolves and vampires alike, he was known as the Blood Alpha and that was not just because Blood is his surname. Her sent hit him sending him into a short sense of euphoria, he had finally found her his mate after, eighteen years of searching he had finally found her.

Incensed, my mind finally awakened, and I shot forward across the bed, only to be dragged backward, forced to look into his eyes. He wagged his finger several times, giving me a stern look. "I'm very disappointed in you, Serena. I thought we were getting along so well." "Did your boss tell you to fuck me?" He chuckled, caressing my face before loosening his hold. "I have no boss, Serena. I'm a bounty hunter and you are one hot catch." A bounty hunter? Why would a man like Santana Dioletti use a bounty hunter? "I don't believe you."

Then one of them, a woman with braided hair and sharp eyes said, “You’re good.” I didn’t look up. “I’ve had practice.” Kellan studied me too. “You were a bounty hunter, weren’t you?” I froze. He noticed. “Thought so,” he said quietly. “You have that look. The ones who’ve seen blood and don’t flinch from it.” I didn’t reply. He crouched beside me. “You running from them?” I met his eyes. “I’m running from everyone.” He held my gaze for a moment, then nodded. “Good answer.”

Babe asked timidly. “You name it, he’s done it.” Cowboy shook his head. “Dealing drugs, gun running, prostitution, money laundering, kidnapping, and we just took away his last load of humans that he was selling to the cartel. Most of them were just kids he was selling into slavery.” Babe backed away in horror. “And Brian?” Rain asked. “Will he get away with what he’s done?” Cowboy shrugged. “I hope not. In his own way, he could be considered worse than Blade. He destroyed whole families. We have enough evidence to send Brian Williams to jail for over 400 years if a person could live that long. And knowing that old bastard, he just might.”

The scars my mate made damn sure would never heal, tattooed into each side of my inner thighs. Did the man see those? Humiliation tore at my chest. The sob heaved deep in my throat, but no sound came. I sucked in the pain. Plucked out the noise. I wrapped the towel around my body and pressed another to my damp hair. I opened the door and there the hunter stood, holding clothes out. Women’s clothes. My brow tipped. “My wife’s. My late wife. She died… years ago. She wasn’t nearly as small as you but at least you’ll have something to wear,” he said, avoiding my gaze. I took the clothes from his hand and retreated back to the bathroom.

He looked up to see someone he knew that he really needed at the moment. 'Philip Vaquero', arguably the greatest bounty hunter of his time with very few competition. With an almost perfect record, he made his way to the top spot in the bounty hunter world and what made him fearsome was that all his bounties were top tier and of the highest grade. So if Vaquero ever came for you, all you could do was hope that you were wanted alive. Such a fearsome man stood in front of Nega and called him "BOSS" with a casual salute and he reciprocated with a casual "yo"

He questions with a laugh. “Why else would I want to be on your damn land? I am a bounty hunter, and that man you let get away raped and killed a 17-year-old girl,” I hiss, walking up to the wolf and shoving him hard in the chest. “You better watch it fangs,” He growls, standing straight again. “I don’t have time for this. He got away, and all you’ve done is waste my time," I snap, turning to leave. “Where do you think you are going?” He demands following after me. “Hey, bloodsucker, I’m talking to you!” He shouts, grabbing for my arm.

Vacuuming carpets and dusting desks was mundane, but it wasn’t the worst job Cowboy Sam, a.k.a. Danny Yokes, had performed in his centuries long life. Still, as he ran the old Hoover WindTunnel over the faded navy blue flooring of Mrs. Lawrence’s fifth grade classroom, he couldn’t help but wonder what might be next for him. He needed to find a way to move on from here, to make contact with Alex or any of the other Hunters who might be willing to help him in some way. He knew there were thousands of Hunters and Guardians who wanted him dead, and though he felt he was fully capable of living by himself in the rustic state he now existed in for as long as he needed to, it was getting rather mon

Overall, it seemed like most of my weekends would be lonely until we had sorted this Marco issue out and cleared Hunter's name so I could spend those weekends in Hunter's home too. Gavin came to pick me up, and we headed to the venue together. Everyone was present, including McCain this time. "Thank you for attending , Wilde," Marco greeted me, and I returned the curtsey. "McCain's pack was attacked three nights ago by a couple of hunters," Marco said, and McCain nodded. "What did they want?" Gavin asked him. "They claimed I was doing some shady stuff that violates the treaty rules. They trashed my place and injured a lot of my wolves in the process." He said, and I looked at him.
