The keep’s hall had not seen banners since before the war. Tonight, they hung again — deep crimson and silver, the colors of Trixie’s line. Through the clearing dust, two figures came charging back into the canyon at terrifying speed. Lysander arrived first, blurring through the lingering smoke like a lethal specter. Behind him, the main army of the Crimson Dominion—four thousand heavy legionnaires— burst into the valley, their war horns echoing like thunder off the stone walls.

The crowd thinned little by little. Enough for breathing. Enough for hope. This time we pushed through successfully, ending up directly in front of the board. Obsidian Howl—Purple. Hollow circle—Green. And then, I saw out names under— HOLLOW CIRCLE—GREEN I stared at it more to be sure I knew our names correctly and if I was not making any mistake.

When I was at the training house, they didn’t like us allowing out wolves out as it could cause a fight between other Omegas trying to prove who was the best. Crimson was exactly as her name sake. She was a crimson red, now where near as big as the men but that was usually the case with werewolves. Her eyes were a dark orange but flashed red every now and again. The room was lit up with yellow lights which looked like lamps. After surveying the whole room, my eyes landed on my uniform laid on the turquoise mattress. I carefully picked the clothes. The clothes consisted of skinny light blue jeans and a turquoise blue shirt with only a word "Alium" written in red, where normally a side pocket is situated. I was amazed, all the other school I had been to had hideous uniforms with skirts for girls and shorts for boys. Then there was an another piece of my uniform. They were a pair of black gloves, I was surprised to see them.
