Crossing Paths Ring Novels & Stories

I kneel, brushing aside ash and broken stone, and my breath catches entirely. It's the silver ring, the one my aunt gave me back in that first tunnel, the one carrying my mother's legacy woven into every line of its ancient craftsmanship. I hadn't even realized I'd lost it during the chaos of the ritual, hadn't felt its absence from my palm until this exact moment, staring down at it lying abandoned among the wreckage. Except now, impossibly, a second symbol has appeared beside the original split-crescent design, etched deep into the metal as though it's always been there, simply waiting for the right moment to reveal itself.

There was a door there and she was certain it hadn't been there before but strangely it appeared out of nowhere. It was made of dark wood and covered in the same symbols from the walls. Kael walked toward it. Zara followed through. At the center was a small silver crescent, the same symbol as the ring. She pulled the pouch from her pocket. "Try the ring." Kael looked at her. "You're sure?" "No." He gave her a look and she sighed worriedly. "But I'm willing to find out." He took the ring from her and pressed it against the crescent. Nothing happened. He tried again but there was still nothing.

I ask to clarify my doubts. "Yes, she and her friend helped me pick a perfect ring for my darling and I'll be proposing to her Infront of the Eiffel tower tomorrow evening before dinner" he says and I can see how nervous the guy is, "do you think it's going to be a perfect proposal destination??" he ask "yh yh it's perfect and I think your woman is going to love it" I tell him earnestly thinking back on ways to apologize to Lia cuz I indirectly called her a gold digger.

When Alexander thinks of it,it appears on his ring finger. Sensing the enormous space within the chaos ring,Alexander was delighted; it is more than a few hundred square metres and with this Chaos ring,it will be more convenient for him to carry things with him without worrying for that others find out.

I kept my reaction blank. The wedding officiant concluded his speech, and as he did, Cross approached with a red velvet box containing our wedding rings, placing it on the table before us. I picked up the smaller ring and gazed at her, waiting for her to make the first move. She extended her hand, and I delicately slid the ring onto her finger without our skin making contact. I made a conscious effort to avoid any physical connection.

"We've been best friends since childhood, and now, well, things have changed. And I want to do this the right way." With those words, he reached into his pocket, producing a small box. As he opened it, my breath caught in my throat, revealing a perfect ring. The ring was elegantly simple, its design a testament to timeless beauty. At its center, a deep, lustrous red ruby glowed with an inner fire, its rich hue capturing the essence of passion and love. Encircling the ruby, delicate diamonds sparkled like stars against the night sky, adding a touch of brilliance to the ring's understated charm. I couldn't help but fall in love with it instantly.

“I’m just the incubator.” Grinning, Trigg asked, “Do you two have rings for your incubator?” They both pulled the rings out their cut pockets. Trigg motioned for them to give them to her and they slipped both onto her finger with the other two. All four rings would interlock creating three interwoven hearts. Evie pulled their rings out of her skirt pocket. Both rings were black tungsten with gold bands along the edges. On the inside of the men’s rings were all three of their initials, the date and ‘3 Became 1.’ Reed already planned to add the same to her rings once they were sealed together.

"Have them delivered to my penthouse." "Of course, Mr. Cross. Will there be anything else?" "Yes." He picks up a ring. It is a band with diamonds that circle the entire circumference and doesn't look anything like an engagement ring. "This size?" "Six," I say automatically. He hands it to the consultant. "Size it. I'll collect it tomorrow." After we leave the store...several hundred thousand dollars lighter, though Dante doesn't even blink at the total...he pulls me into an alley between buildings.

“Got distracted by rewriting the world and all that.” He lifted my hand and pressed the item into my palm. A ring. Mooncrest silver, simple and smooth, set with a small stone cut in the shape of a crescent. Inside the band, tiny runes had been etched—protection work, attuned to our line. “For what?” I asked, throat tight. “For when you step into places we can’t see,” he said. “It won’t stop the web. But it will remember who you are when it tries to make you forget.”

Taking out the photo album, I ripple through the pages until I land on the one I am looking for. Shaking, I land on the page I am looking for, a picture of Cynthia and me at her mating Ceremony. Sitting on her hand is Silver Run's "Ring of the Luna," which is the same as the one Elle wears. New Moon has their version of that, except it's a pendant, with opal on one side and a new moon on the other, resting on long chains. How did it even find Elle? This wasn't in the plans; her finding this ring was not mentioned in Cynthia's fuking novel of rules and Goddamn methods.
