Mia If I were asked why I'm here, my reply is to fulfill a promise, so welcome to my diary. I am Mia, a nerd and that quiet girl who doesn't even exist or get noticed. However, I have a friend, Nicole who has a crush that doesn't know she even exist either and currently she's going for a heart surgery but have refused. Why? That's because she wants this crush to be hers at all cost. I had to make a promise that I watch over him for her, stalk him, learn everything about him while she gets her surgery done in America.

There was something that was pulling me towards Scarlett despite knowing who she really was. It was impossible to hate her no matter how I tried. I was only acting like I did, but that wasn’t what I truly felt inside.

The footsteps get closer and I feel my heart beating so hard that it threatens to come out of my mouth. Thum-Dum. Thum-Dum. Thum-Dum! My whole body shakes from the beats, it hurts all the way to my chest, while my breathing is completely accelerated. "Keep a close eye on your boyfriend because you might be surprised to find another woman with him in the next few days. No relationship lasts long, especially if it's stolen, remember that. A wide smile crept up on my face. Rodney Shaw was all i have, although, I only get to meet him in my dreams and most times, I talk to his pictures whenever i am depressed. But I was still glad that I am fortunate to see him in my dreams, some ladies might even be praying to be in my shoes. I didn't quite fancy cute guys or something, but I guess there's something that got me connected to Rodney. For Crush sake! I've been crushing on this guy since I was little and I never for once met him. Pathetic, right?

All I could see was red, dark shades of magenta. I kept smashing my fists against the steering wheel as I let out a scream I've been holding in. it's broken, heart-wrenching, sad. It's been buried inside for too long. Letting it out felt cathartic, therapeutic. I screamed and screamed and screamed until my voice grew hoarse and the anger dissipated. When I was done screaming, done using my car as a punching bag, I slumped against the seat, exhausted and tired. Who should I blame with this?

I cannot breathe, my heart is already in pieces, so how much more can it break? I lost the two people in my life that I love so much, and I don't know what will make this any better. I don't think that I can't go through this. I can't. I just want this heartache to stop, but when will it end? Clearly, Cris is on Maggie's side because she will be a big sister, with her being on Maggie's side is everything that just crushed me even further, and I don't think that I can get back up. I don't ever think that I can get past this.

I sighed and rolled my eyes as amara smacked his arm before scolding him. "Was she talking to you in the first place? And what's the 'girls and their problems' supposed to mean? It's not our business and problem that your crush doesn't like you back." Amara ended with sarcastic air quotes as she look him up and down from beneath her eye lashes before brushing him off like an annoying fly. She rambled on and on as I zoned out again day dreaming about Silas, like I always doing, consciously and unconsciously.
