Moonlight Whispers: The Luna's Love

Moonlight Whispers: The Luna's Love

“Stay sharp. If she does anything, I will deal with it.” The ruins stretched before us, jagged rocks against a crimson canvas. The air was heavy, crackling with the same sickly energy I’d experienced in my visions. I grabbed Derrick’s arm and whispered in his ear. “This is it. The ritual’s here.” He signaled to the warriors to fan out, their weapons flashing in the moonlight. Sophia halted, indicating a small path leading into the wreckage. “The altar’s down there. Hurry.”

Alpha Nero

Alpha Nero

Fuck, yeah, she’s a Leonetti wolf and that counts for something. The light intensifies, and for a moment, everything is bathed in blinding white. A deafening roar sounds out, and when I open my eyes, I see the dark smoke hovering above Morana. I don’t see any physical features, but I can feel the absolute hatred this thing encapsulates. Who would worship something like this? When the light fades, Morana collapses to her knees, breathing heavily. Nova steps forward, her expression one of relief. “It’s done,” she says softly. “The Meraloth is gone.”

I absolutely loved the Leonettis! This book contains 3 stories, and all of them are full of twists and secrets that will have you pulling your hair, but they're also full of heartwarming moments that will definitely have you swooning. Another great work by J Tarr!

I loved this book, so much, and was so happy it included Osiris and Orion's stories as well. All three were so well written and had all the feels. I was hooked from beginning to end. Another amazing read from J. Tarr!

The Last Station Standing

The Last Station Standing

Constitution, of Mina, and of the man standing beside her who had given up everything to be her shield. "I’m sorry," Elara whispered to the stars. She slammed the Origin Key into the Altar. The world exploded in a Harmonic Shockwave (a burst of sound energy that vibrates at a frequency capable of altering matter). The silver energy in the Spire turned a brilliant, blinding white. Elara’s fingers flew across the Neural Interface (the mind-controlled touch points on the Altar). She saw the data-stream of the Architects' home world—a complex string of Quantum Signatures (unique identifiers for a location in space-time).

Enemies At The Altar

Enemies At The Altar

And now— Marked. Luca spoke carefully. “So it’s not Vale Group?” Mark didn’t answer immediately. His gaze stayed on the symbol. Then— “Vale Group is the surface.” Mia’s chest tightened slightly. “And this?” Mark straightened. “This is what’s underneath.” Silence fell—heavy, uncomfortable, real. One of the guards shifted uneasily. “What do we do with the body?” Mark didn’t look at him. “Bring him home,” he said. A pause. “And erase the mark.”

HE REJECTED ME AT THE ALTER

HE REJECTED ME AT THE ALTER

The map responds — the amber-light city brightening, the seven points lighting in sequence, the underground channel flaring warm and clear — and in the chamber's air, in the frequency register that is deeper than anything I have accessed before, something opens. Not the door above. Something inside me. A capacity I did not know the Warden gift included. A layer beneath the six anchors. The original layer — the one the system was built on top of, that the cartographer was documenting second-hand, that Delara's records gesture toward without ever quite reaching. The true anchor. The first one. The one a Warden holds not through the surface points but through herself — the living centre of a ci

The Alpha's rejected mate

The Alpha's rejected mate

Right in the dead center of the valley, jutting out of the earth like a jagged black tooth, was the obsidian altar. And standing on top of it was the True King of Blood. He looked up at the ridge. He didn't even have eyeballs, just empty black sockets that leaked dark smoke, but I felt him stare right through my armor. The black veins under my sweater throbbed, burning like battery acid. The parasite inside me recognized its master. Beta Marcus stepped up next to Kaelen. The massive enforcer looked green around the gills, but he drew his broadsword with a heavy, metallic shing. "Alright, Alpha. That's a lot of ugly. What's the play?"

Mated To Twin Alphas

Mated To Twin Alphas

“Come on, Lila—move!” Jake’s voice echoed, frantic yet distant over the static of her heart pounding. With every agonizing second that ticked away on the digital screen above the stolen servers, the container’s red countdown screamed at her: 00:00:01. Lila’s body, battered and seared with silver poison still burning through her veins, refused to yield to despair. Every muscle cried out in protest as she dragged herself across the cold metal floor, her cybernetic arm scraping along a jagged line of shattered concrete. The room was a chaos of scattered cables, twisted server racks, and shattered dreams—a grim battlefield illuminated by the harsh glow of the countdown timer still frozen at the

Rejected By The Alpha, Desired By The Immortal King

Rejected By The Alpha, Desired By The Immortal King

Even the ground beneath me seemed to pulse in warning. They knew. They could smell me. An unmated she-wolf. Alone. --- A shadow broke from the trees. “You’re not even worth biting,” one sneered. Skin stretched too tight over his skull. Eyes burning with sick delight. “But we were paid,” he grinned wider, “to make it slow.” I dragged myself back— And hit something. Cold. Old. Solid. I turned. An altar. Cracked. Overgrown. Symbols carved deep into the stone glimmered faintly, like embers holding their breath.

he said. The goddess let her wings spread to their true width. The temple shrank. The stone aged a century in a breath. “You are not merely cursed,” Lunaris said. “You are the mobile altar I built for my rage. Every life you burn through, you carry him, the man who knelt at my feet and kissed my name and decided later that power was warmer.” “I am not him,” Ryder said, voice low, steady, old. “I am not your altar.”

Marked From Birth

Marked From Birth

"Look at me. I’m the girl from the pits. I’m the one who scrubbed your floors. I’m the one you chose. Solari doesn't know what it’s like to choose. He only knows how to command." They reached the Chamber of the Altar. It was a massive, hollow cathedral of volcanic glass, suspended over a chasm that seemed to drop into the very center of the planet. In the center sat the Obsidian Altar, a slab of stone so black it seemed to swallow the light of their torches. The temperature plummeted further. The shadows in the corners of the room began to stretch and warp, forming the shape of the First King. He didn't come through the ceiling; he manifested from the ink on the walls.
