KAYRA It was being hard for me to look directly in his eyes. I felt nervous just like a teenager girl who blushes everytime she sees her crush. Hell! He is definitely not my crush. He can never be. Achilles eyes widened at Helga. “I thought that was just a myth!” he gasped. Helga shook her head. “No, he was a Demi-God by blessing, not by birth. He could wield magic despite being a vampire and his blood held more power than any spell or potion ever could.” Seraphina ignored their talking and continued hunting around the room for a dagger, she was becoming frustrated now as she couldn’t seem to find one anywhere. “Have either of you seen a dagger?” she threw her arms up in frustration. Helga picked up a dagger from the station where Seraphina had been preparing the potion, “Here you go,” she said sheepishly. Seraphina gave her an apologetic smile and went back to her concoction of herbs.

Three pairs of wings are on display, but not like the others. These ones are clean and beneath each stands a table. The first set of wings are black and silver. And on the table is a gleaming silver sword. The second set of wings are snow white. A beautifully strange dagger lies on the table, its curved blade engraved with delicate designs and its hilt encrusted with precious stones.

Vanya’s eyes widen, and she starts bawling even louder. “Please, Alpha Kai! Anything but that wretched thing! Please, torture me daily, rip out my heart or permit me to atone with the Blood Eagle! Just please….anything ANYTHING BUT THAT DAGGER!” She sobs, looking at the obsidian thrown together dagger in Kai’s hand. Dagger violently twisted and turned his lower body to free himself. Coming from the side, Luca struck. Regardless of Dagger's defensive movement, Lucky's boot made a direct hit to Dagger's groin. Dagger cried out from the vicious impact to his pitiful balls, and fell limp, choking and sputtering to catch his breath, unable to move his head beneath Ever's six-foot-four muscular frame. Working in coordination, Luca and Samuel jerked Dagger's hips high in the air, giving me the target I wanted. Wasting no time, I slammed the six inch wooden stake directly into Dagger's waiting ass.

Raven nods in response, as she continues to focus on Dagon's movements. "You really think you can beat me? I won't deny you're a good warrior and have skill, but you aren’t good enough." The court moved quickly, clearing space in the center of the chamber. The duel circle formed beneath the towering pillars of bone and stone. Adrian stepped into the open space. Across from him, Kharvek unsheathed a massive curved blade. “Try not to die too quickly,” the demon mocked. Adrian said nothing. The duel began. Kharvek attacked first. The demon moved with surprising speed for his size, his blade crashing down with enough force to crack the stone floor. Adrian twisted aside. Steel shrieked against steel as he raised his sword to deflect the next strike.

How the hell did that happen? Having no time to process these sudden unexpected mind link powers, I ran and jumped as high as I could muster, at the nearest tree. Clinging onto a branch with all my strength I managed to climb up on it before the rogue beneath me attempted to pull me down. Seconds later the rogue was shot dead by someone in the bushes opposite.
