[Max’s POV] Damen is the devil himself! I love that man. I had not expected to take it this far already with our little mate, as she is human, and I am fighting so hard to not freak her out. Then, here comes Damen with his dark brilliance, bringing our mate to sit on my lap so we can play. Dominic (Dom), my wolf, is pacing in anticipation to complete our bond with her, as I am trying to reason with him that she is not ready, yet he insists she is.

There’s one door that is shut, that door leads up to the bedroom. "This is my home, there's only one bedroom so ma'am you take my bedroom and Suki and I will stay in the living room." He picks up the small dog which is circling around his leg. "It's cute." She says looking at the dog. "Yeah she's Suki, she's a great companion." He says kissing the dog. She smiles and slowly sits on the couch holding her head. There is a hammering pain in her head, maybe it is because of all the stress and crying. "Do you have a headache?" He puts the dog down. "No um.. yeah a little bit." She looks up at him. "Okay you sit here I will be back." He walks away and disappears in the kitchen area.

As for which one to choose… My eyes were drawn straight to that beautiful Alaskan Malamute. From the very first glance, I was captivated by his cold, handsome look. If I had to choose one, it would be him without hesitation. Fletcher looked at the Alaskan Malamute. He lay calmly by my side and seemed completely satisfied with my choice. Fletcher turned to me in surprise and said, "You're the first person Lord Allen has ever accepted. He's not showing any signs of rejection. This is incredible!"

He takes in the river, the trees, the sky and the fresh pastures I sit upon. "How was he down there?" I question lifting the hem of my long skirt to bare my flesh. It is quite hot today, despite the sun bleeding to night. "He remained in my arms calmly, he was not scared. Curious little one he truly is." Deimos chuckles whilst tickling Kal's full belly. "That is a relief for if it were different it would have been difficult to train him with his defiant personality," I mutter. Our male is one of the most stubborn and smart pups in our pack, it gets hard to control him but he is never disobedient.

He sighs placing his lips on my forehead before pulling away and smoothing the crease off my forehead with his thumb. "You are beautiful Dera. Words nor numbers can even measure how exceptionally you are and you should never compare yourself to any other Woman because they cannot be you even if they tried." His words have my inside mush and I find myself grinning. "So am I forgiven?" He asked snaking his arms around my waist. "Not just yet. I have something to ask." I tell him and he remains quiet so I continue. "Do this and you're forgiven." I pause. "Damola wants a puppy for a pet. It's a Lhasa breed so it's basically going to remain small-

I walked a little closer towards them but stayed near the wall in case it was another merry band of Vikings ready to continue our pleasant chat. It only took a couple of yards to see that it was most definitely not Vikings, although he was no doubt large enough to pass as one. It was Dimitri and Daisy, running through the tall grass. He was jogging from point to point, whipping around in sudden bursts as the wolf lept after him. Occasionally, she'd let out a small barking noise at him and he'd reach out to grab at her bushy tail or chest as she spun around.

Huang Lei asked Lihua’s permission. "Oh I wouldn't mind at all." Lihua replied. Huang Lei bent down and stroked little Night’s head. "Did you just adopt this dog?" Still stroking the little pup, he asked. Li Wei answered him, "Yes we just got him and also this bunny." Knight pointed at Light the bunny. "Pepper and Salt come here." Huang Lei called out and two Alaskan Malamute came running from his house. "Oh my! They’re huge." Lihua exclaimed when she saw two more Alaskan Malamute who came out from the house.

“Dahlia is fast. A runner to the core. She avoids conflict as much as possible, but she will fight if needed to. She has a quick mind as well. She’ll be a great scout once she finishes training.” “A scout, really? High honors for someone like her,” Oliver had chuckled. “And she’s a beta blood’s mate. I’m sure she’ll be happier-” Gunnar growled, and James had let him. Very little of what Oliver had just said sat well with him.

DAMIEN I had noticed her the moment she was dragged into the throne room. Even in chains, the daughter of a criminal, Rosalia Muller commanded attention—not with the practiced grace of our court ladies, but with something far more intriguing. Her dark red hair caught the light filtering through the stained glass, creating a halo of crimson around her face. There was a wild beauty in her desperation, in the way she held herself despite everything crumbling around her.

I stood before my wolf, its piercing blue eyes gazing back at me. "You're a beauty," I whispered, reaching out to touch its soft fur. "Your name is Alba," I said, the name feeling right on my lips. "It suits you perfectly." Alba inclined its head, as if acknowledging its new name. I smiled, feeling a deep connection to my wolf. "What do you think?" I asked Alba, my voice barely above a whisper. Alba's ears perked up, and it let out a low, rumbling growl. Then she replied," I love it, Alia. But you know you have to keep me a secret."
