Your thoughts have perfect timing you know”, jothan said with a laugh as he tried to forget his discussion with Damon and return back to being the fun free jothan he is. “Yeah, I’m sorry about that”, I said laughing too.

He swirled the amber liquid in his glass before dropping it on the glass table beside him. “I am Damien.” He said. Now lighting a cigarette. The room fell silent. I laughed at his response, feeling a sense of camaraderie with him. "I like the way you think, Damien. Looks like we're in for quite the adventure." Damon let out a low, mocking chuckle, the deep sound vibrating in his massive chest as he crossed his thick, tattooed arms over his front. "Oh, yeah? What are you guys now? Grown women?" He snorted so loudly it made me completely pause, his grey eyes flashing with an arrogant, knowing amusement that made my blood boil. He shook his head, leaning his hip against the doorframe. "Please. You two still literally cry over stupid boys, whine about some random dude at college who didn't text you back, and you spend more time thinking about your outfits than actually saving or investing a single dollar. You're kids."
