When I dance, I feel like a fish in water. Dancing is my element. It makes me feel alive and whole. When I was a child, I took ballet classes at school. Although classical dance is beautiful, it’s not the one I enjoy. I prefer modern dance. It’s versatile, dynamic, and theatrical. I'm passionate about how expressive it is. The movements can be completely different from one piece to another. And it has a series of other details that make me love this artistic expression.

The storm that scattered many of the dark figures, but the puppets reformed as quickly as they were torn apart. “These things won’t stay down!” he yelled, launching a lightning bolt at one particularly large puppet which broke down but formed back. Amid the chaos, Hyperion’s focus was solely on Damon. The two collided again and again, Hyperion’s strength clashing with Damon’s agility. Each time Hyperion struck, Damon would dissolve into shadows, reappearing behind him or from the walls. Damon’s laugh echoed through the chamber, taunting, as he played with the light and darkness like a master of both.

She was so caught up in watching that she didn't notice Dante approaching until he stood before her, hand extended. "Dance with us," he said, his eyes reflecting the firelight. Laura hesitated. "I don't know the steps." His lips curved into that half-smile that made her stomach flip. "I'll teach you." Before she could protest, he pulled her gently to her feet. Her leg twinged, but the healer's salve had worked wonders. "This is the Moonfire Dance," Dante explained, leading her to the edge of the circle. "It celebrates our connection to the moon, to each other."

Whip. Watch. Sip. Definitely, those words did not go well. Miranda felt her gaze scorching as she stared at the dancers in front of her while sipping a glass of whiskey, or wait, was it bourbon? Who cares. Apparently, her mother had asked her to interview this dancers for their company show on Thursday. Miranda didn't have time for this, but for the purpose of self-humanity, she was trapped in her basement, watching the dancers twist their bodies like fish while sipping a cup of cold freaking-

Celie then withdrew from the window and disappeared within the house. Loud music blared from the speakers as groups of dancers in colorful costumes lined up on the stage. The dancers moved to the rhythm of the music coming from the loud speakers and started to pull apart the cardboard cart that had collapsed on stage. A female dancer wearing a white dress came out of the cardboard cart and followed the choreography of the other dancers until she was lifted overhead. She was spun around as some of the crew took out the cardboard scenery while another placed a folding bed on stage. Still gyrating to the rhythmic music, the dancer in white was then lowered onto the bed.

They performed in the ground barefooted as they did an ancient dance for the nobility. “Didn’t she know that’s actually a ritual that will end with all of them shifting?” “I know, right? Katriona shouldn’t have been there. She’s only going to embarrass herself.” “What's my daughter doing? Wasn’t she informed what the dance was about?” Dane asked his assistant. He motioned to stop the performance but everyone was too eager to see Katriona ‘embarrass’ herself that no one really paid much attention. “Wait, what are you doing?” I heard somebody asked.

She did not have the time to check on her shoes, so she put them on and walked to the stage. She stood on the stage and began to perform as the lights beat down and the music played. She had a good physique and looked like a graceful swan with her black feather ballet skirt. All of her movements were smooth, but suddenly, stabbing pain in her toes caused her to tremble and her movements to freeze. Even the professors below the stage noticed her strange movements. Daisie was the top achiever amongst the Drama, Theater, and Film department newcomers. She had a good memory as she could remember all her lines without difficulty and performed excellently in both dancing and drama.

That would be a soul-destroying kind of pain. Elisa isn’t capable of handling someone like him trampling all over her sweet nature and good soul. I will have to personally gut him if he makes a fool of her. I watch her turn left into the corridor to the hall and then turn about and head for the stairs. I don’t go to the theatre much since I left the drama club, but it's always the stomping ground for the annual dance committee as it’s the venue we use for the party. I am only heading the dance this year in name mostly as I have so many great students who volunteered to be on the committee that my job has been supervision at most.

the dancer whimpered, scrambling to her feet, her body still trembling from their touches. “Get lost,” Eddy snapped, her brows knitting tight. The dancer fled backstage, her silhouette vanishing behind the velvet curtain. Eddy’s gaze swept the stage, landing briefly on Nero, who stood alone, his broad frame a still shadow amid the chaos. She dismissed him with a flick of her eyes and zeroed in on Natasha, who swayed under the neon glow, her movements mechanical. “Natasha, come here,” Eddy called, her voice sharp but controlled.

She shook her head and said, "I have no idea." He smiled and tugged her hand away from her face, wrapping his long, brown fingers around her wrist and holding her captive while he spoke. "Of course, you already know the dance is about heat and passion. But you may not know it is about the relationship between a poor man and a fallen woman. He falls in love with her, but she betrays him, leaves him for a rich man. The poor man finds her and takes his revenge by killing her. This is the symbolism at the end of the dance. When she falls to the floor, she dies at his feet."
