Where were the people when Ravi needed them so desperately? "Ravi?" Daniel whispered faintly, nearly inaudible. Daniel's breath appeared labored as if his throat was choked, obstructing his airway. Ravi felt more powerless than ever, truly scared. The worst-case scenarios now haunted his mind, making Ravi feel nauseous. Ravi looked at Daniel, who blinked weakly. Daniel's grip on Ravi's hand tightened, to the point where Ravi could feel his world seemingly shattering through that grasp. He continued to recite prayers in his heart. "Daniel, I'm here. I opened the book and found the page and read the eleven sentences aloud. The room held them. Daniel was very still while I read. When I finished he looked at the table for a moment. Peter yells at them and breaks down into tears. Daniel silently stares at the floor and keeps on mumbling that he didn’t kill her to himself. But a part of him is saying that he is the reason behind all the things that has been happening to the people around him. “I’m sorry.” Daniel slowly says and starts walking in the shop to help them with Antony. “No stop! Get out! I won’t give you shelter anymore! Leave us alone.” Peter spits at him in anger. “Peter please he has nowhere to go.” Cheyenne says and holds his hand to stop him from doing this. “No not anymore.” Peter takes his hand away from her grasp and starts wiping Antony’s wounds.

On the other side of the road, Daniel roared in fury like a wounded lion, ignoring the blood running down from his own temple as he continued trying to break through the ring of men holding him back. "MRS. LYDIA! MISS NAOMI!"

But seeing Daniel features I knew that It's gonna be hell difficult to make him understand. "Daniel… you are back." I started but seeing his immovable form I said, "Noah is injured. I was checking on him." I needed to gave him explanation so that he wont misunderstood it. I was standing nervously there. My heart was pumping very fast. Would he be angry? A heard a deep and mocking chuckle. I turned to see Noah. He was looking down, shaking his head. What has gotten into him? "MANI." I heard Daniel speak up. I looked at him timidly.

“Of course you can go, but I advise you to eat something because you are far from home and you will need the energy. Daniel's stomach growled at the mention of food; he was hungry, ‘but what if they poisoned him?’ he thought. The smell of food distracted Daniel from his thoughts, and he even forgot about poison, gulping down the food with gusto. Daniel finished eating the food and raised his face, only to find his father-in-law grinning at him. Sorry, his ex father in law. "Guys, you can take him away,” Mr. Jones said to the men still standing by the stairs of the basement. Daniel saw the men approaching him and felt a sense of foreboding, so he started shouting on top of his voice.
