Daniel looked at me and said, “You can.” Seraphina handed me the paper. I took it like it was something fragile. It said: My name is Daniel. I am nine. I know adults are arguing about where I should live. I want to live with my mom. I am not scared of Lucian. I am scared when people come to our door and take pictures and say Mom is not good. Lucian helps me fix things. Mom listens even when she is scared. I do not want Dad to make our house different. I want people to stop making me feel like a bridge.

Then one child looked directly at him. A little girl. Seven years old. Dark hair. Large frightened eyes. Daniel froze. Because he recognized her. Not from memory. From the vision. The same girl who had called for help. The little girl smiled sadly. Then she spoke. "You're late." Silence filled the vision. Daniel stepped forward. "What happened to you?" The little girl looked away. Like the answer hurt. Then she whispered— "We lost." More children appeared behind her. Dozens. Then hundreds. Standing together.

his father told him as Daniel went inside on the long dinning table there were a total of eight people excluding Daniel, Daniel's brother and his parents . At the center was his grandfather (from his father's side) Daniel usually called him Gramps ,his aunt (Mavis) and uncle (Link) next to him from both sides with their daughters and sons (Miranda , Larry , Zara , Carol ) next to them ,finally his mother's brother pierce (other uncle) . Daniel took the seat opposite to his other uncle pierce and James took the seat next to him.their mother seat next to her brother,their father sat at the last empty chair opposite to his father .

“Be careful your nose becomes as long as Pinocchio’s if you lie, you big monster,” Jeremi touched Daniel’s nose as he said. Originally, Daniel was still feeling slightly angry, but his heart ended up feeling slightly sour after hearing Jeremi’s words. He desperately wanted to tell Jeremi that Pinocchio did not exist in their world, and that many people would tell lies for all sorts of reasons. The same went for him as well… In the end, Daniel decided to just place both his hands beneath Jeremi’s armpits and held him up high to look at his son against the sunlight. “How did your mother raise you to be such a smart boy when she’s so stupid?”

Logan Daniel walks over to Trisha, who is wiping her tears. My heart twitches at the sight of the little girl crying. "It's alright, sweetie. Why don't I read your favorite book in bed?" Daniel says in a gentle tone. Trisha rubs her eyes. "But I'm not sleepy." "It's bedtime, Trisha. You know the rules," Daniel tucks her hair behind her ear. Trisha looks at me. "I want you to read me a story!"

He wasn't hurt when his parents threw him out of the pack because of a misunderstanding. However, when the person he loves throws harsh words, his heart hurts a lot. Daniel is known for being rough and wild because he lived as a rogue for a dozen years. Therefore, when he met Damelza for the first time, he couldn't help but injure her.

The moment my sister brought Daniel home so the family could meet him was the day I knew I had to make him mine. He looked like he was written by a Latin God, six feet four, perfect for my height of five feet nine. He had jet black hair and he knew what he was doing when he wore that tight T shirt that hugged his muscles, sitting across from me on the dining table. "So tell us Daniel, what do you do for work?" My mom asked him, serving her homemade juice to us.

Gloria looked back and noticed David has already driven away and sighed in relief. “How was your day?” Gloria asked while walking inside. “Good, I have learned how to draw a bird,” Daniel said excitedly and Gloria smiled. “Didn’t you say you have a grown-up young man? Why did you jump on your mother’s lap? Do grown-ups do that?” Henry asked, noticing them enter. He was seeping his afternoon tea with her wife. “I have a mother that’s why. You can’t even get on her lap because you didn’t have one.” Daniel said and show him his tongue to tease him.

Daniel says opening his hands "It's the fruit of my savings." "You saved up to buy a tree house?" i ask and he nods "Didn't you outgrow that childhood dream and is that why, you made it big?" i ask curious. Daniel smiles slyly to answer, "Yes and no." I looked at him blankly. "Come on, sit down and I'll tell you the story" says Daniel offering me his free arm and leading me to the balcony of the place. Where a red and white checkered tablecloth lay on the floor.

Daniel insisted "I'm not going to any party. I just want to read my book and sleep off." Alice protested and made again to snatch the book from his hand. Daniel dodged her and moved away. Alice pursued him round the room, trying to get the book from him but Daniel was not going to let her get it. Her frustration and failed attempt kept giving Daniel excitement, one that he was enjoying. While Alice was frowning, he was smiling. "Daniel.....give.....me.....my.....book" She jumped trying to get the book from his hands that was raised up.
