DANIELLE'S POV Danielle was only a young girl when she unexpectedly secured admission into the city's college. She had been thrilled and delighted, because she never imagined she would be accepted, especially without any assistance. Her mother was still carrying the pain of being abandoned by Danielle’s father, whom Danielle had never even met. After her modeling career crumbled because she had a child, she became resentful and a mere shadow of the woman she used to be.
