The two brothers stood facing each other, their bodies battered and bloodied from the long and brutal fight. Dane glared at Dash, not buying his bullshit of a sorry. “Blood doesn’t make someone family.” Dane declared. “I hope you find the life you were looking for.” he paused. “In hell.” With a final, desperate lunge, Dash charged at Dane, his claws emerging, aimed at him. Dane saw the attack coming and sidestepped, bringing a silver blade from his side, and jammed it down into a swift, decisive strike. Dash’s eyes widened in shock as the silver blade pierced his chest, sinking deep into his heart. He let out a strangled cry, his body convulsing as he fell to the floor.
