Dare Stories Novels & Stories

Nothing new. Cara Nieman was dared to pole dance. Patricia Coleman was dared to give Andrew Sanders a lap dance to Rihanna’s Work. Kate Olives was dared to tongue kiss a girl of her choice and she picked Zara Beige, the cow. Brie Davidson was dared to strip off five things from her body, for someone who wore nothing but a black flimsy see-through mini dress, you can probably guess how that went down. My sister, Summer was dared to imitate having sex with a boy of her choice and she chose Collins. Zachary rejected all of his dares with the label that “he had a fiancé” hence, he drank a shot of whiskey instead. A sweet gentleman he was, and he remained so until his end.

I hate myself for letting his words seep into my thoughts, for letting him make me question everything. But a part of me can’t help it. What if he’s right? What if everything Dare told me—everything we’ve shared—was just a lie? “I bet he never told you about the people he killed,” Mr. M began, “Do you even know how many there are now? How many families he’s destroyed? Men, children, mothers… He didn’t spare any of them. You see Dare as a man, but to the rest of the world, he’s a monster. A living terror.”

My name is Daniela, I am going to tell you my story and I hope you don't judge me or victimize me. When I was in third grade, I met a boy that since I saw him I liked him, I didn't know if he liked me, but I was willing to conquer him, so first I started to investigate if he had a girlfriend and what do you think, yes, he did and it was a girl who had the reputation of being the heaviest in school, presumptuous and conceited, so it was not going to be easy, but not impossible, was what I thought, he was also in the same grade, only in a different group.

"No way. The almighty Dante. I didn't know he had a son" "He just got back from his vacation to Vegas. That's the news. But we all know what went down was something different. He's here to complete his studies. He does modeling on the side because he's ridiculously good-looking... You follow" she asked, trying to drive her point across. It still doesn't explain her nastiness towards me but I'll wave it away since she won't be competing. "Well I'm not going to back out from a dare, my dear friend. I'll win that money, after that, I dump his ass and if Arielle still wants him, then she can have him". Arianna burst out laughing, almost choking on the Cheetos.

Tyler was the quiet one hiding a lot of intensity. Sophia was the bubbly brunette who laughed too loud when she got nervous. Ethan was the confident flirt. And Lena was the tiny firecracker with sharp eyes and zero filter. “Truth or Dare,” Mia said, spinning an empty bottle in the middle of our circle. “No chickening out. Truth means you spill everything. Dare means you do it. No limits tonight.” We all cheered. The air felt thick with excitement, mixed with the smell of weed and perfume. Jake’s eyes locked on Mia’s as the bottle slowed down.

Gone were the indoor slippers that had been mine. Oh, Elena, this was such a farce. I set my suitcase down and turned to look at Tracy. "I haven't heard the answer yet. What's the deal with that kid you mentioned?" Tracy's smile hardened. She instinctively let go of Alaric's arm, but he pulled her back and flapped his hand at me dismissively. "It was just a joke, Elena! Don't take it seriously. It was only a game of truth or dare."

“Holy shit, you actually believe that folklore crap? Missing people? Probably just idiots who got lost or ran off with their side pieces.” Julie reached back and squeezed my knee, her touch lingering. “Relax, Doris. We’re four strong, healthy young adults. Nothing’s going to happen. We’ll look out for each other. Besides…” She leaned closer, breath warm against my ear. “It’s more exciting this way, don’t you think? A little danger makes everything hotter.” Tyler smirked, his hand resting casually on my thigh now. “Yeah. Live a little, book girl. Or are you scared a big bad monster is going to come eat you?”

"Used to be. Gave it up when the stories started costing more than they were worth." That answer carried weight, the kind that invited questions but also warned against them. I set the mug on the low table in front of me and leaned forward slightly. "What kind of stories?" "The kind that get people hurt when they come out wrong. Or when they don't come out at all." I felt a flicker of recognition then, something tugging at the back of my mind like a half-remembered name. "You sound like someone who has been burned by the industry."

— I devoured the pages, unashamedly rooting for Zeke as the dares grew more outlandish. Danger increased as the brothers grew older. Crossing the river without getting wet, fail for Franz, win for Zeke. Walk across the lumber mill roof. Win for Franz, fall for Zeke. Convince Genevieve she was shrinking. Win for Franz. Longest to spin around on tyre swing without throwing up. Win for Zeke. Poor Beta Kharkov came up frequently. His pies were replaced with a rubber duck, a raw potato, and flower petals. Dare 119 Zeke: Replace Jackson’s pipe snuff with glitter.

“ I will rotate the bottle, if t points you, you’ll have to take a dare from me, after taking the dare, you rotate it again and give out dares,’’ one of the guts explained. “Well that is easy,’’ Barbra shrugged. “ If you will not do the dare, you take a two tots of whiskey,’’ he added as we all gasped. This was the definition of fun. The truths and dares kept coming around as people were asked wild questions. Barbra’s dare was wildest and she did it. They asked a guy to pour soda over her chest and leak it, something that they gladly enjoyed. The bottle pointed Vince and one of the dudes from our school clapped his hands happily as he debated the dare that he would give out. “ Are you ready,
