Tora muttered, “I’m going to let them name themselves when they come out, I swear.”
Chelsea grinned wickedly. “Perfect. Until then, we’ll keep a running list. Alphabetical, color-coded, and mood-sorted.”
As the laughter rolled on and names continued to get tossed around—some majestic, others completely ridiculous—Tora looked around at the group. Her chest swelled with a warmth that had nothing to do with the late-day sun. Whatever the future held, she knew one thing for certain:
