Dark Matter Book 2 Novels & Stories

Hello readers, thank you for following the story so far. The plot is about to take a dark and intense turn. I made an effort to incorporate the elements of a dark romance, danger, suspense, and maybe a bit of romance. Keep in mind that the title of this book is “TAINTED LOVE” (A Dark Mafia Romance). What is the first thing that comes to your mind? If you believed the book was dark in the previous chapters, well, it has just intensified. LOL.

"We found prisoners. In the back room. Wolves who were being bled for dark magic." Dain's family. I pulled away from Rowan. "Are they alive?" "Some of them." Lyra's voice was careful. "But there's something else. Something you need to see." She led us through the forge to a back chamber, where a crude altar had been constructed from black stone. On it lay a book—ancient, leather-bound, its pages covered in the same symbols that had been carved into the blood mage's staff. "It's a grimoire," Lyra said quietly. "A book of dark magic. And it contains a ritual—a way to counter the Silver Flame."

Alley said, smiling at me. We walked over and I sat down on the floor next to her. I held out the book and opened the first page to see what the contents were about. "The Blessed." I read out loud. The blessed? I turned the next page to see a man and woman, the man had a white shading while the woman had a black shading, "That could be a white witch and a dark witch.'' Alley said, studying the picture. I looked all over the page until my eyes laid on words that I didn't know how to comprehend at first. "When the light meets the dark a mix of good and evil is born." Um... What does that mean? I tensed a little as I read the words over and over. Alley was scribbling something down on a note

“Let’s alert the rest.” ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… Daniel frowned in concentration as he sat by the table in the living room studying the book on Luke’s origins. He wore a plain white turtle neck and black shorts. A cup of hot coffee was beside him which he sipped from occasionally. The only other person in the living room was Tisha who had fallen asleep on the couch, wearing an oversized white T-shirt that went down to her knees.

The next thing I know, I´m falling into the vortex, my hands outstretched. I hear Liam´s scream. “NOOOOOOO!” I witness him falling into the vortex with me. Afterwards, everything descends into darkness. > END OF BOOK 2 <

Nick said as they reached the door to the elder’s meeting chamber. “I’ll bet they can tell you,” Martin said as he pushed the thick, heavy door open. He spread his fingers wide against the door’s flat surface. “This feels weird.” “It’s an effort to move,” Nick admitted. “Like walking with resistance.” “Exactly,” Martin said. “I hope I get used to this soon.” “They say the atmosphere in the darker side of shadow land is thick and dense like this. It’ll probably be even worse, so we better get used to it,” Nick said as he led the way into the large room.

Author's Note: February 23, 2023 Hello, lovelies! This is Book 2 of the INTO THE DARKNESS Saga and will feature Lucius and Patrea. If you haven't finished Beneath Her Darkness: The Alpha's Little Demon, I highly suggest you finish it first, as I will not be explaining how they got to this point. I'll pick up where they left off in Book 1 and move forward with only flashbacks to some important details. Otherwise, you may continue reading, and I hope you will enjoy this one as well.
