" Darkness. It came down upon her with the same force as Lily like. Her wrists hurt, bound so tightly the rope burned into flesh. Coppery, rich, fleshy, and warm was the flavor of the blood on her lips—warm. The last she had been doing was pushing away hands that had clutched at her, the instant of blindness of what had struck her head before the world went dark. And there she was, now. Butchered an animal. Knees thudding onto cold marble floor, scorching up her legs. She struggled against the dizziness trying to overwhelm her, stumbling.

Everywhere was just plain and black in an overwhelming darkness that made vision very difficult. I closed my eyes a bit blinking several times until my eyes got used to the darkness but even so I could only see only two meters in front of me. Beyond those two meters, the darkness became solid. It was like staring into endless ink. No matter how hard I focused, nothing existed beyond that point. I continued moving forward at random not entirely sure of where I was going. Every footstep echoed for far longer than it should have. Sometimes I couldn’t even tell if the footsteps belonged to me…

The man who has snatched the light from my life, it feels like he is here or maybe I am so paranoid that my mind creates an illusion. He always makes me feel that he is not present but I know he is present in the darkness of the house. He owns it, darkness is his slave and he conquers everything with it. I entered the room and quickly switched on the lights. I can hear my own heartbeats as I gulped in fear and my hands started shaking making the water in my bottle tremble with the movements. Never in my life have I thought that I'll be this terrified to enter my own room. It feels tragic.

My vision blurred. And then—darkness.

I'm met with emptiness even though my eyes stray to the darkness in the corner of the room where the moonlight streaks fail to reach. I don't see him, however, something says he is in there, in the shadows watching me. I mean, that's the only time apex predators are out for the kill; in the dark. “Theodore!” I yell towards the door with a frantic voice. It's not helping matters that my ankle is cuffed against my wish. Oh, God! “Theodore isn't here to save you. You are with me now.” The voice is deeper, darker, promising dangers more than his words speak.

Chapter 1: Dysfunctional family. The darkness is nothing more than a test that God gives us, many times to overcome things and learn from it, but in the end we all carry that darkness in our hearts, we just have to decide whether to expel it or let it dwell within you. Charlotte is a girl who has been in the dark since she was born, her parents were shitty to her, she was beaten and mistreated unjustifiably simply because her parents wanted it that way, but to understand a little of this story we must return to the past.

Darkness enveloped the entire area,yet Gavin and Khez's condition remained unchanged as if the darkness had never ended. Khez had no idea that Heark had returned to her after they had split up Heark was just armed with an ax and a flashlight as he approached to the location. The entire place is enveloped in deafening quiet scary and standing feathers. The opponents will attack soon Their expressions are filled with terror since one false action could result in to death. Heark is on his way to his goal he had no idea that he was being followed by the opponents which they also callled 'The Walking Half Man' but it's also known as 'the red eyed dead,'the fact that these are similar to a zombies

She doubted that some eleventh-hour miracle would save her tonight. Christophe reappeared and shed his toweling robe in an untidy heap on the floor. He looked at her, blazing all-male satisfaction, and Lara shrank under the sheet. He stood half in shadow, half in light, the long, muscular planes of his golden body a glorious vision of rampant masculinity, and Lara felt her own hunger stirring, insidious as a secret invader.

The human body is truly a marvelous creation. I was arranging his last batch of shirts. Just when I hung up his very last black coat, the room started to get dark. Dark like when you turn off all the candles and lights. I started to freak out. Was there no electricity? Things like this don't happen in the castle. If they do, the Royals would just kill everyone responsible. Seconds past and the room became even darker. A moment after that, I couldn't see anything. It was pitch black. It was then I realized that this had nothing to do with electricity.

Work is the only way I would be able to divert my mind from this thoughts. I was working so focused to divert my mind that I didn't realize what time it was... Then suddenly I looked at the watch ...it was over 2 hours than the office closing time...oh my god...how can I be so careless..... I stood up from my seat and looked outside in the corridors... All lights were off...oh my god...everyone has left already.... I am scared of darkness... So I can't even go there...why this happens to me only.
