POV: Unity Twenty-four hours until the Unmaker War begins. I stood before the assembled forces of twelve realities. Millions of soldiers, diplomats, civilians who'd volunteered to defend existence itself. All of them were looking at me. Unity. Daughter of chaos and order. Twenty-five years old. About to lead them into the greatest battle reality had ever faced. "I am the daughter of chaos and order," I said, my voice amplified across all twelve realities through the network. "I am proof they can coexist. Proof that opposites can merge without destroying each other. Proof that love is stronger than cosmic certainty."

Abyss couldn't speak back, she had no mouth. "I know it sounds shameless to ask… But I want you to go meet my son," sighed the entity. A son? What was this woman talking about? "You see… it was a boy in your world, named Chaos… I can see that you're connected to him now, your soul has been mutated by his miasma…" The boy? The boy from earth? The Chaos Child? "Don't worry… I will make sure to give you a little help… Even as chained as I am, I still need to act responsibly… I regret what has happened to him but… there was no choice…" sighed the woman, she seemed to be about to cry.

Suddenly we felt something pulling on the car. It feel as if something has attached an anchor to the car and turned us into sitting ducks.

I closed my eyes and when I opened them I saw the wind, water, earth, fire, dark and light balls surrounding me. "You did it princess!" Dad said. I'm so happy. Finally! Killing them instantly. I ran through the forest until I got to the clearing where my father’s mansion was and he was definitely waiting for us. Ethan and his warriors were behind me and the whole mansion was surrounded by warriors. I saw my father standing inside through one of the windows and I crouched down growling. I saw his warriors backing off and even dad looked surprised by Nova. The last time he saw her, she was slightly bigger than him. He obviously wasn’t expecting her to grow any more than that.

Mom asks out of partial curiosity as she sinks into the couch, her legs crossed on the island table. "She's old, full of wrinkles, and can barely lift a cup, and me?" I give a little twirl, "I am young, succulent, and beautiful. A typical Aphrodite's rebirth and might I add, a goddess in bed." I wink at the last part and she makes a gagging expression. "You need prayers, Adelina," she shakes her head, "In fact, you are a lost cause. A full session of exorcism can't even save you."

My smile widens at his words. "Stop stalling, Amelia. Throw out what's repressing you from the inside out at once." She crosses her arms, making her breasts stand out more, and I drop my gauze, wondering what color her pout is. Damn, focus! She is the daughter of the enemy. It must be a card out of the deck. She is his ex-wife's younger sister and last but not least, she is eighteen years old. "What happened?" I resolve to cut to the chase and avert my eyes from temptation. His face turns into a disgusted frown, but he's still looking at me.
