Draven rubbed my back slowly, the heat from his palm grounding me slightly. “We’ll get them justice. We’ll make the rogues pay for everything they’ve done.”
“Justice.” My voice shook with the force of the word. “What good would that do for them now that they’re all dead?
It won’t bring them back, will it?”
“Elena,” Draven called, a warning in his voice, “you’re in shock, we should go back.”
