I wore a couple of gold rings and made sure my combat boots were tied uptight. I walked down the carpeted stairs leading to the main entrance, turned through the doorway, and headed down the narrow hallway, turning right down another hall towards Balthazar’s office. I paused outside the door, preparing myself for the speech I was about to give. “He will let us leave, Kai. He told us we could go when we were ready.” Deku reassured me. “I know, but I am telling him I want to do this for other reasons. What if he finds out I lied to him?” Deku let out a heavy sigh.

It looked like we had a chance here. "No one really ever expected low levels like that to kill you. You have a legend around you you know." Dekle chuckled. "But after the strange event in that forest things changed. Not for the better for you. Now they want your life." When he said 'they', I knew who he was really talking about. "So why haven't you killed me yet? I'm tired of listening to your nonsense." I said. Oisin would no doubt have come up with some sort of plan with Kerrigan. If I could create some sort of distraction myself, or at least drop Dekle's guard to rock bottom then it would increase our chances of getting out of this mess.

Immediately, Dewey sped up and struck his palm toward Kye. Dewey was confident. He knew Kye was still severely injured, and he would not be more powerful than any other man.
