300 years ago, humankind created their own nightmare. Demons, are originally humans but the lust for power changed them inadequately, this is humans own doing. Around 300 years ago, a large asteroid bombarded the earth's very ground. This is the beginning of the birth of demons. This meteor was large, but out of the blue, a mysterious lifeform is intact in it's very core. A human named Cruzius Akiyoma was intrigued when witnessing these menacing looking creature. He interpret this as a blessing from heaven. He then owned the creature and conducted an experiment. He was surprised when he saw the structure and building blocks of life of this creature. He obsessedly pictured this as a one stepping stone through human evolution. He extracted the DNA of the creature and modified it in able to merged it to human DNA. Without any hesitation he then merged his DNA to the DNA of the creature. He is willing to offer his body to attain his goal, thus sacrificing his body is necessary. After the merging, he was surprised because nothing in particular happened. But, he suddenly felt a surging power circulating through his body. He screamed in pain as his body is gradually changing. Darkness fell upon humans as the scream of the first demon engulfed the sky, seas, forest, and fortress.

My sister, Laura Ward, died the year we were ten, the year we snuck out of school to play. From that day forward, my mother’s grief turned into a burning hatred for me, convinced that I was the reason my sister was gone. She treated me like a servant, like an unwanted burden, and filled the void by adopting a perfect, obedient daughter to replace my sister. She took everything from me without a second thought — my rights, my freedom, my very existence — and even demanded that I give up a kidney for her precious adopted girl. On my birthday, I go out to eat with my family. I make a wish, hoping that we will always stay happily together. When I open my eyes, I see my son, Luigi Marino, holding up his tablet. On the screen, a line of text reads, "Dad, Maria says she's pregnant with your baby. Am I going to get a new mom?" Giovanni Marino is busy taking pictures of me with a Polaroid. He glances at the screen casually before writing a reply on the back of the photo. "No. I made a promise with your mom. If either of us betrays the other, we will have to disappear from the other's life forever. I can't live without your mom. So, you have to help me keep this from her. Even if Maria's baby is born, they will never appear in front of your mom." After writing that, he looks at me and asks in a gentle voice, "What's wrong, my love? Why are your eyes red? Did the smoke from the candles irritate them?" My tears are about to fall, but I force a smile and reply, "I'm fine. The birthday gift you all prepared for me is wonderful. I'm so touched that I can't help but cry." He doesn't know that my dyslexia was cured a week ago. It seems I no longer have to hesitate about the job offer from a well-known international nonprofit that teaches children with dyslexia how to read. The paperwork will be done in seven days. When that time comes, I will disappear from their world completely.
