Then he spun with a reverse swing—this time, the blade sliced through Partheos’s midsection. The demon snarled. “Enough games.” Partheos surged forward in a storm of sand. Blades of grit and wind flayed Larkam alive. He screamed as his flesh was stripped in ribbons. In a final act of defiance, Larkam hurled Demonslayer to Scott’s feet before collapsing into the dunes.

Ashton spoke coldly, as if he were delivering a death sentence. "You only managed to block a single Godslayer Beam. It's too early to start boasting. Let's see how many attacks from the Godslayer Formation you can survive," Xena responded coldly. A moment later, she turned toward Corwin and said, "Mr. Zeller, I hope you can channel your energy to the Godslayer Formation as well. Let's kill him together." "Sure."

Their faces were set with determination, and they chorused in unison, "Yes, my alpha!" Chris's voice rose above the others, his confidence infectious. "We're gonna take down that demon and bring our Luna home." Their enthusiasm was palpable, and I couldn't help but feel a surge of pride and purpose. But I knew the road ahead wouldn't be easy. We'd need all the help we could get to take down Dracula and rescue Bella and it might even be enough at the end.
