Demons corrupt humans by tapping into their minds, finding their deepest desires and translate it into sinful acts. Tears continued to flow on the human’s face. Damien grinned, Chris’ miserable state proves him how worth his five years of wait. Chris watched how the demon’s appearance changed before his eyes. The black fog that always surrounds the demon is as if being absorbed back to its body. Chris is too pre-occupied to be even amazed but he must admit to himself that he is curious with what is happening. It continued until the black fog finally reveals a man with strong features. Chris first noticed the demon’s eyes which are very dark, much like the fog that previously surrounds him.

Even though she just wanted to run away from her duties and responsibilities. Eva didn't know what to say, especially if her misunderstanding went that far. After all, there was no way he would bring a devil here and show it to Iris for her to believe. "A devil can't be killed with ordinary bullets. They won't die even if you rip his heart out. A wave of strong energy swirled around me before he spoke. "What’s the point of being a demon when you can’t use illusions to your advantage?" A devil’s smirk tugged on his mouth, and his eyes blazed red for a second before they went back to normal. "All they see is the sexy librarian helping a man look for books. They will never find out that the sexy library was about to let the man with her devour her perfect breasts."

Finally, I shook my head. "No. I don't trust you enough for that. Is there another way?" Martha visibly relaxed. Apparently, all that time she was ready to grab me, persuade me, pull me away and stop me from going inside. The demon, however, only smiled. "Good boy. Be sure to remember not to trust demons. Not because we're spawn of the Dark Tempter or whatever it is you call that, it's all stupid. No, it's because people are our food, and negotiating with your food is the same as if you tried talking to a piece of sausage. In the end, you'll still eat it, whatever it told you. So don't forget that."

I had to move fast. I turned through the pages of the spell book with shaky hands until I finally settled on what I was searching for. “Thrakos, Demon of the Underworld, Lord of Hell,” I whispered, my fingers tracing the forbidden verse. “He who commands the forbidden flames of the devil's domain,” my voice grew louder, desperation etched in my eyes, "I call thee, Thrakos. I summon thee to the mortal realm. Kneel before–” The sound of thunder cracking cut me short before I could complete my words. The ground began to rumble and the circle I had engraved on the ground expanded outwards as dark smoke clouded the entire place.
