CHAPTER 4 Gracia’s POV “This is impossible!” I slammed the marriage letter on my desk in anger. “Why now of all time and why him, of all people?” I queried, looking like a confused woman. Everyone knew Alpha Moses, he was known to be ruthless and fearless. He was also an Alpha that ruled with greed and killed for selfish desires and reasons.

Olivia smacks her hand against the table. “Nonsense! You want to enthrone your bitch of suspicious origins as our Luna? Impossible! This weak ugly mutt, a pathetic, stupid excuse for a wolf. Shifting is an impossible task, a walking board exhibiting the empire's shame and disgrace. This thing here is not qualified to be Luna in a small pack, talk more of queen over the entire werewolves. Does she deserve it? She doesn't deserve a single cent of anything in this empire. I won't…”

They were carrying strange weapons that weren't swords. Once inside the lights were blinding. I slowly opened my eyes to see my mate sitting on my father's throne. I felt my blood boil at the sight. He wasn't looking at me but I knew he felt my presence. The mate bond between Alpha and Luna is very strong. The people around were very curious some even excited to see me punished. I could see many familiar faces around me as well. Many were traitors to my father. I shouldn't hold it against them though. They did what they had to survive.

" Luna '' a knock came on the door and we both stared at the doorway. It was Lydia judging from the voice and the scent I knew it was her. The door was locked inside! My eyes flickered to Ezra's who was staring at me with hunger and desires showing in his blue eyes. I knew he wanted to claim me and that was the scary part. I couldn't bare the claim of another man when my fated mate was alive. Ezra's face turned cold and deadly as he glare back at the door again." Luna, I'm here to bring you your medicine" she said and Ezra angrily pulled his pants to cover his huge swallow dick. I signed but not in relief because I knew it wasn't the end." Get ready we are living for the full moon ball in th

He spat spitefully while shaking his head. "This can never be fucking real," he said again. His words repeated in my head over and over again. I could feel my tears rushing down my cheeks like wild rainwater on a rainy day. I held my gaze on him as I saw the anger, hate, and disgust filled in his eyes. "You are a fucking Omega with treacherous parents, and you can never be my mate ad Luna. I'd rather make this bitch my Luna and mate than make you!!" He roared again as he pointed at the bitch who purred like a kitten.

The Devil Alpha, feared and respected by all. The rumors. They've been circulating for years, fueled by the tragic death of my first Luna. They say I'm cursed, that I'm a monster who brings darkness and destruction wherever I go. But what they don't know is that I'm just a man, a man who's been hardened by the harsh treatment of the universe. I remember the day I met her, my first Luna. She was beautiful, kind, and full of life. I thought I'd found my warmth, my solace in her. But fate had other plans. She was taken from me, ripped away by a cruel twist of destiny.

“A weak, unwanted nothing. You might have a new pack, but deep down, you'll always be that pathetic girl we all knew.” I felt Xander tense beside me, ready to defend my honor, but I placed a hand on his arm. This was my battle to fight. Taking a deep breath, I stepped closer to Kara, my voice low but clear. “You're right Kara. I've changed a lot. Now, I'm stronger and more powerful than you ever thought possible. I'm the real Luna, selected by the Moon Goddess herself. And I'm here to help protect your pack, whether you want me to or not. So I recommend you stop your small-minded dislike and concentrate on staying alive.”

“Then there's something you need to see.” He pulled out his phone and showed Luna the picture message containing the newspaper article. Few seconds later, he watched as Luna's demeanor transitioned from calm to trembling shock. “That’s… my father.” She whispered. Sebastian nodded in agreement. He watched her curiously to see if she would recognize the other man. Luna's brow furrowed as she studied the picture closely. She was positioning the pieces in her mind. “Alexander Mason…..Mason? Could that be Jasper's father?” She asked cautiously.

“The way he was looking at you…” “You think he means to hurt me,” I assumed. He laughed bitterly. “I think he means to do far more than that.” “What do you mean?” I asked curiously. What could Mason have possibly done that was worse than hurting me. “Aure, you…you’re beautiful, strong, independent, and…passionate about those you hold dear. You…” he sighed. “You’re Luna material.” Luna material. He didn’t think so before. “Mason sees that. And he’s in the market for a new one. Someone like you would be the perfect match.”

“No idea what you’re thinking, but I won’t let you down.” I hold my hands to my heart and recite the first thing that comes to my mind. My voice booms and shakes the room. “Goddess Leticia of Mount Latmus, child of the Mavri Magea, Daughter of the Moon Goddess Selene and Endymion, as your sister, Leader, and your Luna, I, Kas Mason, summon you. With love and light in my heart, hear my voice and come to me.”
