(Completed) Sophia Ysabelle, 26 years old, accepted the life-changing deal of marrying the famous billionaire, Daniel Kelley, not for his money but his name. They have different reasons for marrying each other. But in the end, will she tell him the real reason for marrying him? When he finds out the truth, will he continue to judge her? Will he be able to protect her from her dark past or he will just remain a cold and arrogant husband towards her? "Never judge someone without knowing the whole story. You may think you understand, but you don't"

When Love Became Ledger

When Love Became Ledger

The family was holding a celebration for my newborn daughter. For some reason, my husband, Jonathan Shamrock, brought his secretary along. At the dinner table, his secretary dropped an unpeeled shrimp onto his plate and said matter-of-factly, "I just had my nails done, and I'm still wearing the diamond watch you bought me. Peel this for me." The Shamrocks' friends and family stared at Jonathan in shock, but he peeled the shrimp without missing a beat and popped it right into his secretary's mouth. Something inside me shattered. I stared at my old and very outdated clothes. Then I looked at my hands, rough and callused from years of being neglected. Then, Jonathan spat out something cold. "A man's wife shows the world how life has been treating him, and you look no better than a worn-out servant. You don't work. You don't even bother looking presentable. You contribute nothing to this family. "Starting tomorrow, we'll split every household expense evenly. I'd rather put my money into something that actually gives me a return." "Sure," I said quietly, and added nothing more. Then I called my brother. "Pull your investment out of Jonathan's company. I'm getting a divorce."

Your Uncle’s My Husband Now—Back Off, Ex!

Your Uncle’s My Husband Now—Back Off, Ex!

On their third wedding anniversary, Clark Summer gifted his wife a diamond necklace named "Love Nyla," broadcasting his devotion to the world. But while the public swooned, Nyla sat alone in their empty home, staring at a photo sent by a stranger: her husband’s new secretary, Jordyn, wearing that same necklace, tangled in Clark’s arms. For three years, Nyla had been the perfect, submissive wife. In return, she received betrayal, humiliation from her mother-in-law, and Clark’s sickening justification that his affair was merely a "physical necessity" while he still loved her. He believed Nyla was trapped, tethered to him by her father’s astronomical medical bills. He thought she would swallow the insults and raise his mistress's child. He was wrong. Selling their mansion, gathering evidence, and delivering irrefutable proof of her infidelity… Nera turned and left, donning a white lab coat instead of an apron, transforming overnight into a top-tier pharmaceutical researcher who had astonished the industry. When Clark, with belated repentance and red-eyed pleading for her return, saw his icy ex-wife being gently embraced by his uncle Damon, he saw the aloof man before him. The superior man coldly glanced at his nephew, his voice low and dangerous: "What are you calling 'wife'? Call her 'auntie'."

This book has 1051 chapters. That means it drags out FOREVER. Before you’ve even made a dent in it, you’re already bored because the story isn’t getting anywhere. I’m on the 97th chapter and already spent too much to still have the same problems occurring as in the first few chapters.

Can’t believe I actually finished this book. It was soo good. So many twists and turns but you fall in love with the characters. Actually wish the book continued on or there would be a sequel. Would love to see what happens next!

Seven Nights to Survive

Seven Nights to Survive

Hope Daniels has spent her life mastering control, on the softball field, in school, and in the quiet spaces where emotions are better left unspoken. With college within reach and her future finally aligning, everything should feel safe, predictable… normal. Then she falls for Kade Mercer, her best friend’s older brother. He’s distant, unreadable, and always watching her like he already knows how their story ends. What begins as stolen glances and unspoken tension slowly pulls them toward something neither of them can stop. On the night everything shifts, Hope wakes in a world that is not her own. The sky is fractured. The air is alive. And creatures born from nightmares hunt anything that breathes. Stranded together for seven relentless days, Hope and Kade must survive a shifting, brutal realm where instinct is the only law and fear takes physical form. Every battle changes them. Every choice binds them closer. And every night reveals they are being watched by something far more dangerous than the monsters chasing them. But survival comes at a cost. Because when they wake back in their world, nothing is as it was. Time has not moved, but they have. The marks they carry begin to glow. The memories refuse to fade. And the line between worlds is beginning to tear again. Some doors are not meant to close. And some connections were never human to begin with. Hope thought she was fighting to survive seven days in another world. She was wrong. She was being chosen.

Conquering The Trial Of Love

Conquering The Trial Of Love

Ria Lee
Intertwined by fate, also torn apart by fate. One seems so familiar deep down within her heart..., while the other claims to be her fiancé. The worst part is that she doesn't even remember who they are.......... Chen Lan- "No matter what happens, I'll fall for you again and again." "Take it as my revenge for what you did to me."............. Brett Zhou- "The person I had a crush on, was just an illusion created by you! So, from the beginning, it was no one else but you! and only you! How do you explain this?"............... Laia Parker- Simple, adorable, and loyal - by nature. Complex, prodigal and tactful - by profession. Calm, both playful and elegant - by temperament. A rare talent.....when it comes to her substantial field - Psychology. All she was seeking for is a 'pure and innocent love' of her lifetime. Yet she became entangled with someone whom she 'couldn't' be with and also with someone whom she 'shouldn't' be with. Laia believes that she can at least try to manipulate fate for good - which leads her to face a love trial. Obviously, fate has its own plans....and there's no escape. Especially when 'he' combats all the obstacles just to love her once again even when his memories are no longer with him......... Note: In the beginning, it's all about the female protagonist adapting to the confusion around her. From chapter 4 and onwards, the story will pick up pace.

Lost My Marriage, Found My Mission

Lost My Marriage, Found My Mission

My wife, Ivy Hart, is about to give birth to the baby she conceived with Toby Clayton, her first love. Her parents hire ten bodyguards to stand guard outside the delivery room. Cora Norris, Ivy's mother, takes Ivy's hand and remarks, "Don't worry, Ivy. We'll make sure he can't get within two feet of you! Your dad is standing guard outside with the bodyguards. If he dares to stop you from having the baby, we'll report him to the police!" Ivy nods, her complexion pale, but she instinctively looks toward the door anyway. She doesn't see why I can't be more understanding of her. All she wants to do is help Toby have a child to carry on his family name. The birth proceeds without me showing up to cause a scene. She smiles gladly when she sees the crying baby in the nurse's arms. She thinks to herself that if I visit her tomorrow, she is willing to forget all about our previous fights. She is even willing to let me be the baby's father. What she doesn't know is that I've already submitted my application to the Alliance of Nations. In seven days, I will be leaving the country to become a field doctor for the Frontline Medical Corp, a humanitarian organization. I won't be coming back ever again.

A Queen Never Gambles. She Deals

A Queen Never Gambles. She Deals

At one of the exclusive private casino parties, my eyes landed on a diamond tiara. The catch? It was the prize for a high-stakes blackjack game. Luckily, poker happens to be one of my many sins. A girl named Elara—whom I once pitied enough to introduce to Throne, hoping she’d land a job—has now declared she wants the tiara too. Naïve. Probably thought beginner’s luck was a real thing. I figured, fine. Let the cards decide. If I win, I walk away with the tiara. If I lose, I’ll find another way to soothe my pride. Easy enough. Thorne, my ever-watchful husband, leaned in and murmured, “Go easy on her.” I didn’t. I won. Beat the dealer faster than her and won the tiara. That girl cried at the table. Thorne didn’t look impressed for once. He rather seemed... irritated. I thought it was for Elara’s sake. Turns out, it was for mine. A year later, same party, different stakes. The grand prize? My own sex video. While holding Elara in his arms, my husband said to me, voice almost amusing, “Don’t you like winning prizes? Then go on. Win our sex tape back.”

My Blessings To My Lover's Affair

My Blessings To My Lover's Affair

When I had just received an offer from a French ballet company, my right leg was amputated due to a car accident. My fiance could not accept my disability, so he married my competitor, Gabriella Smith. I was about to have a meltdown when my childhood best friend, Joe Anderson, carpeted my hospital room with roses and proposed to me with a diamond ring. Throughout our five years of marriage, he treated me extremely well and loved me as he did the very first day we married. I thought that he was a gift from God to compensate for my tragedy until I accidentally overheard his conversation with his friend. “Joe, I heard that Gabriella is the principal dancer of the top ballet company in Paris. If only you hadn’t turned Fiona into a cripple for her... Do you feel guilty?” “I feel guilty about it, that’s why I married her and treated her well. I’ll repay her with my life.” I grabbed the armrests of my wheelchair as I held back my sobs. The happy marriage that I thought I had was just a lie. The husband whom I thought loved me was the culprit behind my plight. He only loved Gabriella. If that were the case, I would give my blessings for them to be together!

Forced to Marry My Bully

Forced to Marry My Bully

I ended up with the person who used to bully me in school. As the morning sunlight seeped into the room, I barely moved my arm when the arm wrapped around my waist tightened, pulling me closer. Ethan Chambers lowered his head to kiss my neck, his deep voice tinged with a husky tone from just waking up. "Did you fall asleep last night?" I froze for a moment before nodding obediently. In the past, I might have resisted, but three weeks with him taught me a simple lesson to be compliant. He took my hand, which rested at my side, and interlaced his fingers with mine, playing with them as if amused. Leaning close to my hair, he let out a low chuckle full of interest. "This time, you didn’t throw away the ring I gave you?" He was referring to the diamond ring on my finger. There had been two others before this one—one I hid in the freezer, and the other I threw into the fountain in the garden downstairs. I didn’t want to think about the consequences of losing the first two rings for now, but the result of the third ring was clear: I was going to marry him, the person I once feared the most.
