Hingga akhirnya saat Bramantyo dinyatakan sembuh, Diana pun menyatakan kembali perasaannya pada Bramantyo. Keduanya berniat melanjutkan kembali hubungan walaupun keadaan Bramantyo yang berbeda dari sebelumnya. Pertentangan Diana dengan keluarganya membuat Bramantyo sedih, ia memutuskan untuk berpisah dengan Diana. Namun Diana menolak dan memilih Bramantyo karena perasaannya teramat besar pada pria itu.
