Rejected By My Mate, Chosen By Fate

Rejected By My Mate, Chosen By Fate

"Despite meeting such people, my troubles weren't nearly even over, I suffered from severe PTSD. I had nightmares which led to insomnia and severe depression, which eventually almost led to suicide and it was all because I had tried to hide my pain from the people who cared. I thought I could handle it all on my own but I couldn't, I needed the love and support.

The Secret Island

The Secret Island

She remained composed and cool and spoke to him in a calm voice. “PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) could not be healed from medication but from series of therapies, Martin.” He gritted his teeth and wasn’t sure if he should go through the treatment or if he should end it all somehow. He was surprised he was alive after all that he had been through. Life had been absurd. “Consider going through the treatment for your family.” This phrase from her made him look up. She must have had a note from his previous psychiatrist. Those words were his weakest point.

Married a Secret Billionaire

Married a Secret Billionaire

Hamerton, in psychology, there's a term called PTSD, which is post-traumatic stress disorder. "So..." Persephone looked at her, puzzled. "He has PTSD?" "What I'm saying is, he's hiding a lot from you." Rebecca looked at her. "If Mr. Orton truly stands as firmly on your side as you say, why hasn't he told you about his past? Do you really know how complex his past is? "He's hiding things from you, which means..." Rebecca spoke slowly. "You're still not the person he trusts the most!" "Enough!" Persephone stood up, tidied her sketchbook, and headed inside.

I've only read two books on this app. This is the second and by far the best one. The storylines are fluid, the characters are endowed with personality and most importantly the writer makes them come together seamlessly. Ideally, this is what the experience should be, uncomplicated and enjoyable.

I like the story. However, the cost is high for books on here and they are never ending. Not that the chapters are long, but it is almost the same outlying as the other books from this author. Sometimes it takes a moment to see what characters they have actively engaged in that chapter.

“My partner was killed because of Seamus O’Connor. I was there when they arrested him; he was caught in a crossfire.” “Post Traumatic Stress Disorder?” Richard asks. Tyrone nods, not saying a word. “I’ve been told I have PTSD. I haven’t been to see a councillor or anything. Some of my friends who knew what my parents did to me, have mentioned it. I think some of my actions in the past was a result from it.”

His Unwanted Wife (Billionaire's regret)

Alicia said, hugging Rach gently. “Sis, what happened to my brother?” Anna asked. “I found him bleeding in his office,” Rach replied. “Was it because of Selin?” she added with a shrug. “That woman again?!” Alicia hissed. “I found Selin’s photo next to him. I think he might be suffering from PTSD,” Rach said. “PTSD?” Anna asked. “Post-traumatic stress disorder. It’s common in people who’ve experienced or witnessed someone’s death,” Rach explained.

Clarice said proudly. Robert then nodded again to Jenkins, and the monitor came to life. Clarice’s voice was unmistakable. “Yes, he was in the military and has seen action, so he definitely has PTSD. Do you remember that sniper guy who got shot due to the other man having this condition? Who knows when he could turn on another person?” Clarice stated. “How can an Aunt not worry for him?” “Are you suggesting he is unstable to lead the Elon family’s business?” The reporter was heard asking.

Forced To be Mrs. Billionaire

Forced To be Mrs. Billionaire

There were many dead bodies around, and I couldn't help but shudder, and until now, it's still fresh in my mind. Sometimes, I wake up from my nightmares, and Geneva quickly calms me down. Because of what happened to me, I was referred to a psychologist and found out that I actually had Post-traumatic stress disorder. You get this when something unexpected happens, like what happened to me, the two kidnappings I went through, the fear that someone might take me again and want to kill me, the disgusting memory of Herbert touching and kissing me.

Tears Of A Broken Omega

Tears Of A Broken Omega

I asked, keeping my voice low. “Only recently,” he admitted, staring down at the empty bowl of noodles like it held the answers to his sanity. “I can’t close my eyes without seeing those headless men. I don’t know if it’s because I’ve been so stressed lately, but I can’t sleep. How did you manage to survive all these years without sleep? It’s driving me crazy. I can’t take it… I just…” His voice trailed off, and he began quietly sobbing. Damian suffered—used to suffer—from severe PTSD after the war. One of the things we had been forced to do back then was cut off the heads of hostages. I thought he was getting better. I thought I was the only one still stuck.

Honestly, The beginning of this book didn't draw me in at first, but since I was looking for something to read, I decided to try it out anyways. Here is my honest review, to whoever wrote this book, a big kudos to you. This is a master piece. See me squealing with my feet in the air.

No Divorce For Us, Mrs. Godfrey

No Divorce For Us, Mrs. Godfrey

He nearly threw the remote control away. Mimi had pretty much visited him every day at the hospital during his stay. He had tried every possible way to avoid seeing her, to the point that it had given him PTSD. It was obviously just a television appearance, yet he actually thought that the woman would crawl out of the television, like Sadako, the ghost from the horror movie, The Ring. The television was airing a segment where Mimi was receiving a video interview from an entertainment journalist. ‘It looks like she’s gone off to participate in some sort of announcement. No wonder I haven’t seen her at the hospital.’
