Alpha Of Aberdeen

Alpha Of Aberdeen

I retorted before continuing on my way. Lux lingered in the hallway as I vanished into my office. *** A few days later, I was in Aberdeen, immersed in research at the library. My focus was the massacre of 1920 that had made headlines in town. Two young children, aged seven and nine, had disappeared while playing in the woods outside of Aberdeen. Despite extensive search efforts, they were never found. Suspicion fell on a nearby convent, and the authorities brought in members for interrogation. Eventually, the witches were put on trial and deemed guilty, leading to the burning of their convent and the loss of the entire village of witches.

I've no idea why my first review posted with only two stars - it won't let me change it. Four books in one. Book four - chapter updates currently ongoing to date. Good read and keeps you wanting more.

The Witches Legacy

The Witches Legacy

Not again. Without thinking, I jumped out from behind the table, desperation driving me. “STOP!” I shouted, my voice hoarse with fear and rage. The witch didn’t even flinch. Before she could respond, I grabbed anything I could find—vials of liquid, jars, anything on the table—and started hurling them at her with all my might. The bottles crashed into her, spilling their contents across her dark robes. I didn’t know what I was hoping for—maybe a reaction, maybe some kind of sign that I was hurting her. But instead, she just stood there, unfazed, her eyes narrowing with irritation.

The Fate Of The Lycan Princess

The Fate Of The Lycan Princess

"No, it wasn't bad. Not at first." "What happened?" "Well, the families began to see that their daughter's children started to exhibit strange characteristics. It wasn't long before their curious instincts paid off, and we were discovered. Thus, the hunt for werewolves started. Just as the one for witches and Nosferatu played out. And that we decided it was time to disappear. For good."

Tara lyle book 1 (Owns it all)

Tara lyle book 1 (Owns it all)

Back in the seventeenth century during the Maga War between Duskwick and Dimwharf, witches were perceived as dangerous creatures and living dead. Anyone displaying even the slightest sign of magical possession faced death by fire. Any being, human or otherwise, was considered a hominid or a living soul. Fearing the extinction of their kind would bring benefit to both cities, there was no mercy for witches.

The Alpha's Royal Mate

The Alpha's Royal Mate

The Hunt was dedicated to killing all supernaturals, saying that we were unnatural demons who needed to be extinguished. The first group they went after were the witches. The witches were the easiest species to get rid of since they were basically human. They didn’t have magic wands, hands, or pinkies. The witches believed in making their own magic. They had books that were passed down from generations, teaching them to make potions. They read directions out of a book, mixed some things together, said a few words, and poof the outcome is a potion. They had no sort of immediate defense once their potions were gone because they had to prepare them days in advance.

Saved by the Archangel

Saved by the Archangel

" Miguel said something about the magic of chaos in his blood. I don't know what that means. "I did some research on the internet," said Zylah, taking her cell phone from her pants pocket. She clicked and slid her fingers on the screen until she showed me the Wikipedia page." I researched the women burned at the stake. The law of the inquisition condemned thousands of innocent people. Most just didn't believe in God, the others just got involved with the wrong people. There is no record of burned real witches, there is no record that indicates that they could return to life, as my grandmother counted.

 RISE OF THE LAST ALPHA

RISE OF THE LAST ALPHA

“You started it.” “Not exactly,” Calisté’ shook her head. “I was the one to get caught. You know how many humans and witches that got eaten by your kind back then? Of course we had no proof because you people were too fast and rarely left traces behind. A few humans claimed they saw werewolves around but they were just claims. Not enough proof to hold you responsible for the disappearance of our kind. And suddenly, when I decide to borrow a few of you for an experiment, Dan gets angry and hunts down all witches in the world. Does that make sense to you?”

Blue Thunder: The Rise of the Legend - book 1

Sebastian and Stephanie rushed in. “Did you hear?” said Sebastian as soon as he closed the door behind them, visibly shaken up. “Hey Sebastian!” said Erik and Henry at the same time. “Congratulations,” said Gus. “Did I hear about what?” said Coralis, frowning. Coralis could hear Gus’ hologram buzzing in the background. “Uh, hey!” said Sebastian, briefly looking at them. “The US, UK and some other countries announced a witch hunt, saying that there were witches out there worshipping the devil, using dark magic and summoning demons.”

The Alpha's True Luna

The Alpha's True Luna

She says. “What disease was that?” I asked her, I was really curious. “The plague also known as the black death.” She says and I am completely stunned. “The plague was the work of witches?” I asked her. I couldn't believe it. “You bet it was, witches were hunted and burnt at the stake even women who weren't witches but the powerful aristocrats of that time just wanted to punish, they were accused of witchcraft. Their numbers were dwindling fast, so they knew they had to do something drastic. So back then, there was this powerful witch in Europe at the time, her name was Dahlia, she practised all kinds of magic including dark and blood magic. Around that time a comet passed by so she drew pow

Cursed Luna

Cursed Luna

I felt as though I needed an unconscious affirmation that I was correct. She looked down. "Alpha, I believe you already know." My jaw tightened. "Witches." The word sprang out of my mouth like poison. Charles, still studying the ground, looked up suddenly. Do you believe that the witches are involved? That is not feasible. Decades ago, they disappeared. I looked up at him. "No. They were exiled from our country. There is a distinction. The forest was silent once more, and I could practically hear Rebecca's laugh, voice, and the warmth that followed her everywhere. And it's gone now.
