He said smirking and I blushed profusely. "Geez you are so shameless!" I shrieked. "Only for you kitten," he smirked and inserted the CD. " so, what do you say?" He wriggles his eyebrows teasing and I groaned. "The pirates of Caribbean is fine." He smirked and played the movie. Slumping down beside me on sofa we really enjoyed the movie. I and Xavier would laugh at everything, and I was really very happy..... Who thought that Xavier Throne was a fan of Disney movies?!

"Who knows what that means? Jake responds by giving me another Cheshire cat smile. I almost tell him about it, but then remember that it's a Disney reference. Sort of. We continue to walk in silence, my hand burning as Xavier continues to lock mine in his. At first I didn't even notice it, but now I couldn't ignore it if I tried. At the same time, I don't even want to ignore it. I want to immerse myself in the feel of her warmth in every way possible.

Mustache, black hair, black eyes and a sour expression. "We want to ask you a few questions. We won't take your time. " I almost rolled my eyes at that. Too cliché. "what exactly happened? " I took a deep breath and started talking. When I was done, mum reached over and squeezed my hand. I blinked back tears while officer Williams scribbled furiously on a notepad. Detective Allen nodded. "Do you know who would want to harm you?" I nodded. "A..A...D.. Dams Ripley."

Xander asked as if he was rubbing salt on my mood after ruining my appetite. "Can you let go of me and stop bothering me? When did you start to care about whether I ate or not?" I snapped at Xander irritated. He ignored me and his eyes glanced at the floor to catch the sight of the book the floor. "Bambi and the devil. That's interesting so you are into dark romance." Xander read out the book title as he pinned me against the shelves. "I am not into dark romance. Why are you here and not with your precious lover?" I hissed at him not liking how close we were. His eyes had a fleeting emotion I could not read that quickly disappeared.

Then looked at the father sitting in front of him "Yeah, I think it's just him. But, I haven't asked Alice and Logan this yet. They're still resting, and I'll ask them later!" Xander re-opened the last page of the brown-bound book, it had been a long time since Xander had found something like the one he was reading now. History books wrapped in fantasy stories really won't make him feel bored if he has to repeat to read the book. Mr.Erick closed his eyes, if Sebastian just said that, magic must be really so powerful.

“Especially romance novels. There's something magical about getting lost in a story and experiencing all the emotions along with the characters.” Alpha Xander chuckles, his eyes sparkling with amusement. “I never would have pegged you for a romance novel enthusiast,” he admits, his tone teasing. “But I can see the appeal. There's a certain charm to stories about love and passion.” I nod in agreement, feeling a sense of camaraderie with him as we bond over our shared love of literature. “Exactly,” I say, my voice animated. “And besides reading, I also enjoy spending time outdoors, going for hikes, and exploring the beauty of nature.”

He then pecked a kiss on her forehead as he uttered, “Let me buy them for you, Lucy. Just let me.” She looked hesitant as she muttered, “Okay.” He pecked a kiss on her cheek. And she uttered a shy ‘thank you’, which made him smile wider. When she continued to hold the brown book, Xandar understood that she wanted it so he held it for her. He had a look at the title: ‘Lycans in Human and Animal Forms: Strengths, Weaknesses, Peculiarities and Blind Spots.’ Xandar chuckled before he asked as he lifted up the book in one hand, “Sweetheart, should I be worried about this?”

It thought, ‘Anna is going to kill me today. Xander overheard our conversation and asked curiously, “Is there any problem?” I replied, “Actually, I am short of money. So I have come here to borrow some money from you. We didn’t notice the coupon had expired already.” I explained the whole incident about the discount coupon and ended by saying, “I didn’t expect that Quest Mall is that much costly.” I pouted my lips and murmured, “Can you lend me-” Before I could complete, Damien laughed out loudly. I looked at Xander and noticed Xander’s lips also curled up. I roll my eyes, demanded angrily, “What? Why are you smiling? I don’t assume, everyone is rich like you.” Damien replied with a broad sm

We talked and talked till the manager of the restaurant himself came to tell us that it was too late and he had to shut the bar. I came to know so much about him. His favourite things, how he despised coffee, which I would like to change his opinion on. How he love to read, his love for literature, which I can already guess from the giant library he had back in the castle. He had a huge collections of charlotte Brontë, Virginia wolf and of course Jane Austin. Alpha Reed Xander is a mercurial man but with astonishing talents. Still one thing I hate about him most is how he keep hiding things from me even after I told him I hate it. Ugh! He is already in my head.
