Beyond the Divorce

Beyond the Divorce

Atticus affirmed, “I’m here because I need your help with something.” “How can I assist you, Mr. Atticus? If I can, I’ll give it my all.” He looked as if he were grappling with his thoughts, trying to find the right words. Then he said two words that shocked me. “Divorce!” I was stunned for a good while. “Mr. Atticus, are you joking? I’m afraid I can’t help you with this. It’s not easy to dissolve one marriage. I can’t involve myself in just anything. Besides, you’re well aware of how your sister-in-law feels about me. I...”

It was a good book. A lot of the mixup/changes in names/locations was very annoying. Wish we would have gotten a little more out of the ending of one of the main villains. Chapters also needed to be longer; a lot of money spent on this book for 5-6 pages per chapter.

I loved this book. I liked all the characters and their interactions. Loved Atlas & Chloe together. Parts of the book are very suspenseful and made it hard to put down. Liked that she was a mom and a business owner. She was strong and intelligent. Hated that the book was over. Highly recommend.

The Last Divorce

The Last Divorce

Yeah, I was foolish enough that I couldn't even take care of myself. That's why I lost our child and my husband. Now, it seemed there was nothing left for me to lose. My lips parted, and the words finally came out. "Ryland, let's get divorced." His hand paused for a moment. Still, he didn't look at me. "Why are you bringing that up? Aren’t we already divorced? If you're in a hurry to remarry, we can move the date up a few days," he spoke quickly. Whenever he'd talked about things like this in the past, he'd always been calm and completely certain of himself.

Arranged Marriage: Falling For The Playboy Son Of The Alpha

Arranged Marriage: Falling For The Playboy Son Of The Alpha

Divorce, Alimony/Spousal support: • Given that the parties’ parents arranged the marriage, divorce is only possible after their passing. Yet, if both parties are mutually satisfied with the marriage after the demise of their parents, they may choose not to pursue a divorce. • Separation is allowed only under reasonable circumstances. During this time, both parties are encouraged to make efforts to reconcile and resolve their disputes. This can be achieved through legal procedures, arbitration, or mediation involving a neutral third party as a mediator. • In the event of divorce, as the lower-earning spouse, Bianca Sinclair will be entitled to a 10% share in her husband’s assets and propertie

RISE OF THE SCORNED LUNA

RISE OF THE SCORNED LUNA

But Zane’s plea for a second chance resounded in my mind, and I clenched my jaw. “I don’t think we should keep doing this,” I said, forcing the words out. They didn’t seem offended when I said that. Arlo frowned a bit, but Kael was more curious, brow arching in question. “Why?” He asked. I hesitated. “There’s… an issue with the divorce,” my finger twisted at the edge of my skirt in nervousness. “With my husband. It might not be as final as I thought, and we might be in the process of—”

"It is. But he has his own issues. His ex-wife wiped out all his bank accounts before he knew they were getting divorced. So my desire to control all the money is in direct conflict with his fear that I'll take it all like she did." "I can see how that would be a problem." "Yep," she stresses, popping the p. "I'm hoping some of the skills we learn here will help us avoid going this far off the deep end again." We sit in silence for a few more minutes as we watch a few people meander in to start their own days. I wonder how many of them are struggling in their marriages. Were they cheated on? Did they do the cheating? Have they gotten this close to divorce before?

Definitely Divorce You

Definitely Divorce You

I swallow my saliva and gripp the hem of my clothes tightly when I hear Bima's threat. Yes, it seems that it is difficult for me to get a divorce considering that I have had a lot of problems in court because of my father's actions and I am also unable to provide sufficient evidence to divorce Bima. The Divorce Contract

The Divorce Contract

And this man, this cold, terrifying man was offering a lifeline wrapped in thorns. I folded my arms. “No intimacy?” “Unless mutually agreed upon.” His voice was like ice breaking over concrete. Smooth, but dangerous. “And after a year?” “We file for divorce. Clean. Quiet. No drama.” I laughed under my breath. “Everything about you screams drama.” He didn’t laugh. Not even a twitch of a smile. I hated that even more. “Why twelve months?” I asked. “Because thirteen would be unlucky.” I raised an eyebrow. He stared at me. Unblinking. Serious.

Carrying The Alpha's Child

“But I do know that what I have with Bella feels… right. More right than anything I’ve felt in my life.” Declan gave him a knowing look, sipping his drink before speaking. “So, what’s the plan, then?
