To Kill a Butterfly

To Kill a Butterfly

She looked up at me, there was blood on her face like someone had hit her. “Who hit you? Do you remember?” I asked. She nodded. I helped her up, we walked into the room. I reached for a cup, someone slapped my ass, and Teresa’s I grabbed the glass bottle next to it and smashed it and slashed the neck of whoever was behind us it was Mateo. He held his throat as blood spurted out. Someone else grabbed me, and I went to slash them. They caught my wrist. I kicked them in the stomach, I grabbed a knife and stabbed them in the back of the neck. I pulled it out.

His Lordship Alexander Kane

His Lordship Alexander Kane

Yet, the cave's spaciousness hinted at its potential to harbor hundreds of hidden individuals undetected. "Puh-puh!" A faint noise echoed ahead, indicating a presence. Despite the dim lighting, Alexander remained vigilant, anticipating the unforeseen. As the sound drew nearer, a fragrant aroma permeated the air, followed by the appearance of hand-sized moths. These were Dark Night Devil Butterflies. Alexander was familiar with their deadly capabilities. Its powder could clog the brain and heart blood vessels, causing sudden death. He steeled himself, unleashing his fiery aura to repel the toxic powder they emitted.

I was hooked in reading this book. But why the sudden ending? It doesn’t make any sense. Still have alot of loose endings what happened to black maple master? The jade pendants? This is pure money making stint.

The Dragon's Hidden Mate

The Dragon's Hidden Mate

She is unpredictable, that must be the reason why he began to like her. He saw the butterflies coming out of their cocoons. In a second, they are surrounded by beautiful butterflies. "Look" he urged her. Something in his voice made her turn and look at what he is pointing out. She gasped when she saw so many butterflies at once. They are all in different shades of blue. She noticed that she liked the aqua blue butterflies the most. Tentatively she extended her palm, and a butterfly came to rest on her finger. "Wow" she murmured with amazement. She still doesn't like insects, but she is in love with their colour.

I love how you respect the mate bond, their love and trust to each other. They do have their misunderstandings, I get that. But the “3rd parties” never truly get to separate or sow distrust for the couples. I’ve read the 3 dragon books and you didn’t disappoint and I loved them ALL!! Ty!!!

Master Blair's Fiery Pursuit

Master Blair's Fiery Pursuit

She rushed into her big brother's arms, saying, "Bug. I’m scared." Spike held his sister's hand and comforted her by patting her back gently. "It's okay, Lemon. Bugs don't bite." He pointed at the caterpillar. "When it grows, it will become a beautiful butterfly." Lemon blinked in confusion, not understanding why a caterpillar would become a butterfly. She pointed at the caterpillar and furrowed her tiny brows. "Why? Butterfly is pretty, but bug is not pretty?"

I was reading this story on HeyNovel but it was called Mr. Goodwin, Your Ex-wife is a stunner and have different character names. The story is good but stopped updating at chapter 300. Excited that I found it here and looking forward to continuing the story.

I absolutely LOVE this story! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! I have been unable to put my phone down since I started reading it. I do have one complaint, though...I wish the author would do some proof reading before posting the chapters onto this app because there are quite a few typos

Can I have my phone back?

Can I have my phone back?

I asked him, shaking the box to confirm it had something in it. "Duh." He replied. ^*^*^*^* "Tell me you're lying?" Joshua said with a straight face. "I'm not. I hate them." I confessed further. "Who in this world would hate butterflies, they do nothing wrong." He looked at me in disbelief. "Well I do. Live with it." I replied. "Why?" "I was like seven, I was chasing after one and out of no where, it entered my mouth and I choked on a butterfly." I explained to him. He kept quiet for a moment and I watched the look on his face transform into an amused one, till he burst into laughter.

Alpha Alec's Redemption

Alpha Alec's Redemption

“You love being outside, right?” I began and waited for her to nod her head. When she does, I continue. “How would you feel if I locked you inside the house and refused to let you out?” She thought about it for a second, a cute little frown appearing between her brows. “Very bad.” “Would it make you happy being inside all the time?” “No.” “That’s the same with this pretty butterfly. It loves being outside where it can fly around. If you lock it inside, it will be very, very sad. It won’t even want to eat or play with you. Is that what you want?”

Absolutely love this book. Started it a couple of days ago and can’t wait for more! Does anyone know when the last time it was updated? I saw the author was having some health concerns and I hope she is doing ok.

To live or to love

To live or to love

Its wings were adorned with intricate patterns of black lines and dots, creating a stunning contrast against the yellow background. As the butterfly rested on Aurora's finger, she could see that its wings were thin and almost translucent, allowing the sunlight to filter through and create a soft, warm glow around the insect. The butterfly's body was small and slender, with black antenna protruding from its head, twitching slightly as it sensed its surroundings. The butterfly's wings were slightly tattered, suggesting that it had lived a full life and had flown great distances to reach her. Despite this, the butterfly looked healthy and content, its wings beating gently as it adjusted its pos

BILLIONAIRE'S LIES

BILLIONAIRE'S LIES

"You've got a gentle touch." Saben grinned, his excitement infectious. "Can we take it home?" Sabrina smiled, her head shaking. "Butterflies belong in the wild, Saben. They're happiest when they are free." "Just like Mommy," Benedict muttered beneath his breath, his eyes lingering on Sabrina. She listened to him but didn't pay much heed, focusing on guiding the butterfly Saben was holding to fly free again. "See? It's happy now," she said as the butterfly flew off.

Dwell with Snaedis

Dwell with Snaedis

My eyes looked unto it with a desire to appreciate the tiny view, and it made me feel dizzy in the meantime. From my vicinity, the butterfly shrugged its butt. Its wings moved at a slow pace while looking at me. Because I felt so excited about how this butterfly fascinated my eyes, I touched the wings where those tiny glittering white circles floated. Then, these glimmering glitters transferred to my fingertips. I enjoyed what I was doing! My mouth smiled as I stared at my fingertips while the butterfly was still standing on my nose. It was my first time seeing this kind of thing! Omg! It is so amazing! I chuckled in my thoughts.
