His eyes open wide. “Dana, have you never seen a female wolf in heat? Like in your old pack or anything? Do you mind me asking how old you are?”. I feel self conscious suddenly like I’m stupid. He must sense this and gently touches my hand. “Umm.. I was a pack slave most of my life and a rogue for bits, so no… I didn’t really have a chance to observe my surroundings. And having a mate was definitely not a priority. I’m um 23”. He looks really sad suddenly. “Hey, I’m sorry… I wasn’t trying to make you feel insecure or anything. I’m sorry Dana… please don’t be upset”.

Male wolves thirty and above should accept that their mates are probably dead or human, just like my mate. I growl as I stand to my feet. I stomp my way out of my office and down to the kitchen. I need a drink. I constantly battle myself on whether or not I should give up hope. At the age of 31, I am old for being unmated. Most males my age have already given up and accepted that their mates didn't survive the war. You could say I have given up, but I haven't. I still refuse to sink my teeth into anyone that isn't my mate. But that doesn't mean I don't have a Luna.

, " Six months?" " Yes it's a little different with wolves,we tend to develop really fast and age really slow and since you're caring a pure blood the baby may come early", I knew they have a longer lifespan than humans but I didn't know the pregnancy lasts six months and I may have the baby earlier. "Speaking of age ,how old are you?", "How old do you think I am?",he chuckled. " 25?", " No ",he laughed " I'm 40,but in werewolf years I'm basically in what humans would care my prime",

It's strange, as soon as Dylan opened his mouth, the Tartar dog immediately quieted down, and only barked a few times, it was the kind of docile bark. Laura glanced at Dylan in surprise, "Why does it listen to you like this?" Dylan smiled, "Don't look at it listening to me now, it was fiercer than it is now, chasing and biting me all day long. "Having said that, his smile gradually faded back, and he sighed: "This has been raised for more than ten years, and the dog's lifespan is not very long. It is estimated that it will not last long." Seeing his expression, Laura could feel that he should have remembered some sad things, so he didn't bother him.

I can feel the anxiety falling off of him. This isn't easy for him and if I'm honest it isn't easy for me either. Because I know that I pushed him to this when I'm all honesty he probably had relationships with other girls before I was even born. I forget that he's much older than I am. That there's that much of an age gap that the possibility of loneliness and the need for someone to keep him company may well have played a part into why he chose to be with someone other than me. It's said most wolves find their mates around the age of eighteen, that we mate for life after the birthday that creates us as adult wolves.

“Do you know any specifics on the laws he’s changed?” “Just rumors really. Only his upper ring really knows what he’s working on. What I can tell you is that he’s shaken up a dozen or more packs during the first six years after he started accepting prospects into his training program. He tweaked the program we already had, made it better by breaking it up into smaller groups. All pups get started into the basics at thirteen years old here and advance according to how long it takes for them to master what’s being taught in that age group. It’s designed to take a year but the higher birth ranks usually advance faster.

“Zion is always wanting them to train, but they’re still babies, to me.” “I have heard wolves age quickly. We will consider your pups mature in two years.” He countered, his massive hand resting on the female’s head, then his eyes widened when the other four stood at attention, their growls warning. “Oh. Haha, protective of your sister, huh, little whelps?”

Aside from me, there are other trustworthy and kind wolves who are willing to take care of the pups. "About thirty-five of them, we don't usually enforce pack education because some of our old members are satisfied with the old teaching methods. The pups we have here are at wolf's age, between the ages of five and eight. Some of the pups are not from our pack." Liza added as she pushed a toy out of our way.

Only after ten years, when I reached wolf maturity, I could dominate him. " I understand. " I put my hand on the back of my head. He had shifted earlier than me. "I don't think I ever asked his age, did I? " He asked the first time we saw each other, but I didn't answer. "She opened a sarcastic smile. It was true. He was angry that time. " I have 27 years old. " He looked at me. " And you, wolf? " I am 26. " I thought you were younger.

Adolescent in their terms was anywhere from toddler to twenty, which was the age of adulthood for their species. Fun fact: they had seventeen Hellhounds. Eight of them were puppies from their newest litter. Hellhound lifespans were anywhere between two and four hundred years. They were considered mature when they reached ten years of age. It seemed very little time in comparison to the length of their lifespan, but it was important that they matured quickly so that Hades could pair them with their charges. If their charge was not in their pack then Hades would ensure that they found their way to them.
