Dogs Name From Fox And The Hound Novels & Stories

The smell was stronger now—unwashed fur, hunger, and exhaustion. I pushed through a final line of bushes and stopped dead. The dog was huddled near the base of an old oak. It was a husky, but she looked terrible. Her coat was matted with burrs and mud, and I could see the sharp outline of her ribs through her thinning fur. She looked up as I approached, her bright blue eyes wide with a mix of fear and defiance. She didn't run. She stood her ground, her hackles rising as she stared at the massive wolf looming over her.

“What kind of dog is it?” “It’s an Xoloitzcuintli.” “A Xolo what?” “A Xoloitzcuintli, also known as the Mexican hairless dog. Xolos are an ancient Aztec breed, and they’re supposedly loyal, alert, protective, and calm-natured. He’ll be great for the kids.” I was nearly knocked off my feet when Kiyah clutched my legs. “Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!” she squealed. I untangled her gently and nudged her in Jonathan’s direction.

He finally turned to the rest of our friends. "Mac this is the rest of our friends. That's Hound and Don, aren't they cute?" I began. Don and Hound waved at Mac and he waved back. "This is Foxy but hands off. She's Scarlett's gal." Cassy took over and Foxy blushed as Mac shook her hand. "And that's Jackal and Wolf." V rushed through. I chuckled as she mostly ignored the boys. Jackal looked upset but Wolf was pissed. I knew that he wasn't happy about the way I greeted Mac.

He would just have to make up for it later. We locked up the house before calling out for our Hellhounds. Davina and Fury materialized and immediately began observing us to make sure that we were okay. They seemed to be pleased and rubbed up against our legs. “We missed you guys too!” I told them. “That we did,” Maddox agreed. We knelt down and showed them the love and attention that they deserved. Our hounds were absolute beasts, extremely loyal, and filled to the damn brim with love for us. I was not certain all hounds had that type of connection with their charges, but ours did.

I appreciated and he snapped his fists immediately. I wondered why, was that a sort of call or something? My question was answered immediately a pack of hound dogs came out of the woods, each bearing an F mark on their heads, symbolizing that they were part of the FIENDS. “She's all yours, boys!” He said and my eyes widened, I didn't understand anything. “Wait! What? What are you talking about?” My mouth went agap in horor as this hound dogs pounced on vidia, devouring her flesh by flesh.

“I stay alive for my pack. Is that not enough?” Bloodhound Pack. My Pack. We are not a large group of people but that's only because there's no need for us to be. We are vicious killers, people who have spent many years training for a moment in the world when it shows its weakness and we take forceful charge of the entire council, subduing others to our will.

She needed to know the extent of Chucky's injuries. “Alpha Romeo seems perfectly fine, Miss Annabelle…” The vet started explaining before being interjected quickly by Annabelle. “The dog’s name is Chucky, not Alpha Romeo.” Annabelle corrected sharply, her finger pointing to the form on his desk. The vet visibly flinched and glanced uneasily at Chucky before he continued. “Oh, Chucky is not a Siberian husky, Miss Annabelle. He's a wolf.” “Oh.” Annabelle exclaimed, her eyes widening in surprise, looking alarmed as realisation dawned upon her.

She opened it and it revealed a golden retriever and a husky, both puppies. "Puppies!" I said with Skylar at the same time. Leo laughed. "The golden one is for Sky and the husky one for you. Since Nika, decided to take away Woof, here is a new one." I laughed remembering Nika taking away Woof. "Thank you so much. I love you." I placed a soft kiss on his lips. "You're welcome, now what are the names." "Let's have her pick both names." I giggled. She hugged the golden and called her, Goudie, which I'm guessing is Goldie. Then the husky one and called her, cookie.

Emily scooped up the wagging pup and shoved it toward Godric, who barely had time to grasp the puppy before she embraced Cedric. Godric glowered as she placed a light, excited kiss on Cedric's face. The poor rake was blushing deeply by the time she released him and reclaimed her gift from Godric. The puppy's pink tongue lapped her chin as she held it up to her face. Never in all of Godric's life had he been jealous of a dog. Cedric ruffled his hand through the puppy's fur. "She's an English foxhound. She'll need a lot of daily exercise, but she'll be the best hunter and the most loyal companion you'll ever have."

Something massive crashed through the hedge below, and I dropped the last six feet, rolling, coming up with my back to the stone wall. The hound was enormous. Not an Academy breed. Not anymore. Its fur had gone patchy, falling away in clumps to reveal skin that glowed with corrupted moonlight - the silver-green of lunar poison, the kind that turned loyal beasts into weapons. Foam dripped from jaws that could crush a femur. Its eyes, once the warm brown of trained animals, were now void-black, reflecting nothing, hungry for anything that moved. Between me and the hound, a first-year girl had frozen.
