Doodles Comic Novels & Stories

Nothing pulls me out of a weird mood faster than doodling. As we go through the scene for the umpteenth time, I find myself doing rough sketches of the men in front of me. None of my drawings ever look particularly realistic - my doodles have more of a cartoony, comic book style - but I'm pretty proud of how they turn out. Once I've done Omar and Mr. Grand, I move on to the person I really want to doodle - Orlando. I don't get him right the first time. Or the second. Or the third. At first I can't seem to get his hair right, but by the end it's his eyes that are giving me the most trouble. Nothing I draw can capture how startling and direct they are.

"But a small one. I started drawing recently. I don't make much money." "Still that's great!" I almost squeal in excitement. "Woah! You know what, I'm a comic lover. You are awesome! Tell me the names of the comics you've drawn. Let me see if I've read any." He lets out a cute giggle. "There's no chance you've read any." "Is this one ongoing?" I ask, looking at the cartoon girl on the tab. "What's it's name?" I couldn't control my excitement and curiosity anymore.

I’m literally half her age and I know better. “Sourpuss,” she winks at me. “C’mon, it’s about time you smiled.” When our drinks come, my marshmallows have been melted and whipped to such high peaks it’s impossible to take a sip without painting my face. My mother is checking her phone, and the thought of the Blue Shades man’s scrotum getting hacked off and stored in his loafers has already crossed my mind a few times. All that blood flooding down his crisp, clean pants. Screaming as he grabs between his legs. The eye in my forehead is fluttering under my skin, too dark and too willing to open itself wide. Ready to show me. Always trying to show me these things.

He whines and I laugh at him. I raffles his hair and hold his face in my palms. “So… how is handsome Denzel doing today?” “I’m fine! Here….” He reaches for a drawing book next to him on the bed and shows me a page where drew…. Ah! I don’t even know what he drew! But I guess it’s some cartoons. “… Look, Anna, I drew hulk and captain America!” “Oh… “ I take a closer look and frown, why doesn’t they look like the hulk and captain America I know?

"Did you draw this? She asks in a weak voice. He nodded, and he let go of his baseball bat and sat beside her. "Amazing." She mumbles. He smiled, "You think that's amazing. Check this one out," he said while handing her another notebook. "It's a comic. I made it. It's about a crime-solving detective like Sherlock Holmes, but mine is French. The name is Hank Devereaux, and he has a dog named Yoda." He explains enthusiastically. She smiled, and he noticed her eyes finally conveyed emotion. His heart was filled with delight.

“Limited edition painting. If you wanna buy it, you gotta place a bid. Or, get them for free if you sign up for the club.” He shrugged, feeling victorious. The people were silent, unsure of what to say. Malorie stepped forward, still gaping at the painting. “You…” she began. “It’s marvelous, isn’t it?” Cain boasted. “It’s...marvelously bad!” Malorie exclaimed. “What the hell is this?” She pointed at the painting consisting of stick figures in different colors. The shapes were off, looking like an artwork by a kindergarten student. “This is comic art!” Cain claimed. “This looks as if a child drew it!” she hissed. “This isn’t how you make a comic strip!”

“Draw me.” Goldie looks at Darryl and takes the pencil. He moves the tip of the pencil on the paper and begins to scribble a couple of circles and lines. Darryl watches him with intent, The drawing highlighted some of his facial features more than the others, almost like in a cartoonish style. “Good,” Darryl nods at him, “Now, draw what they did to you in Bilibid. Did they torture you? Blackmail? Kidnapped? ”

"Diana, it couldn't be you, could it?" She pondered for a moment, then shook her head. "No, you wouldn't have the technical know-how." Underestimating her?! Diana leisurely picked up a large chicken leg and said, "Which comic of yours got deleted? 'The Last Supper of a Serial Killer'? 'Horror Nursery Rhymes'? Or perhaps, 'The Singing Voice of the Sewer'?" "Damn it! It's really you, you..." Leah slammed her hand on the table, letting out an exasperated cry.

“If you turn over a couple of pages, you’ll see the the next releases of my comic in pencil, ready for inking. You know how to do that, from school, you remember?” “Yeah, I remember. I like these ones better,” his smirk was wicked as he continued to look through the sketches. “F-k,” he tilted his head to the side. “Now that’s glorious. The expression on Cam’s face and the way you’ve drawn Talen like he’s a f-king sex god… I love it! I want it on my bedroom wall. Just look at Talen’s c-ck, it even looks slick with lube… And is that a handprint on Cam’s arse?”

I locked myself inside the room and change, well not totally change but more on just removing the clothes I wore. ‘Guys, we don’t have update for this coming weekdays, I’ll try on weekends. Sorry, got loads of school works.’ I read Sketch’s post on his social media. I look for a while on my newsfeeds until my eyes caught the post of Doodle. ‘We don’t have update for today because I’m not finish yet but maybe tomorrow however that’s not sure.’ I stare blankly at the comment box.
