I whispered. A pause. “Rachel? Is everything alright?” My throat tightened. “Not Rachel,” I said softly. “She’s gone. I need to tell you something, something that will sound insane.” He said nothing. Relieving Tyler of his worries, and a bit settled to discuss with the doctor on what was the cause for what happened to Missy. The doctor signaled for the room to be excused for a conversation to ensue alone with him and Mr Tyler Locke. He stride over to where he sat. “Good evening, Mr Locke. Uhm, I’m Doctor Gray.” He greeted, attaching an introduction also proposing a handshake forward to him. “What happened to my wife?” Tyler asked instead, ignoring his handshake and introduction as he glanced away from his handshake to a sleeping Missy and back to him.
