Markus introduced Aurora to everyone and sure enough, Rafe was almost glued to her side. Every time Rafe touched her, she winced and Drake saw red. He kept his temper in check. It was unheard of for a dragon and a wolf to mate. She was no ordinary wolf. She was the white wolf and she was half Ascendant. He knew he would do anything to keep her safe. As the meal progressed, Drake got angrier seeing what Rafe was doing. Finally, he had to get up and walk away before he ripped his throat out.

Drake and Nyra are lying on the bed, sweaty and naked. They both are breathing heavily. She is lying on top of him and he is holding her tightly to him. They both have a satisfied look on their faces. Slowly when their breathing came to normal, Drake realized he lost control over Drakos. He is worried that his dragon must have hurt Nyra. "Are you alright? I didn't hurt you didn't I?" Drake asked with a concerned voice. Nyra smiled shyly at his words.

The most unforgettable incident for Drake was when Anna accidentally took the sword that was still in Drake's hand and stabbed it into his body. He then asked Drake to take out his heart with his sharp dragon claws.

Apparently Rodrigar has a skill to duplicate his body into several copies, and this dragon is Rodrigar’s duplicated self. Rodrigar shot me a side glance. “It’s Clairmont. Clairmont Rodrigar, golden eyes with a slight tinge of red, bronze skin, and a dragon. Why didn’t I think about this before? In the novel there’s only one person who holds the name Clairmont Rodrogar, and he is Rodrigar the halberdier of Chaos.

The men gasped at the sight, now realizing that Draco’s curse wasn’t just a rumor like everyone had thought. The scholar Draco had contacted concerning his other form had said he was a Wraithling, while another called him a beast because of how scary and huge he was. Unlike every other lycan, Draco’s was bigger and towering with wings as wide as a Dragon’s. He had scales on his face with long fangs and claws that could spell death for someone upon a single graze. Two horns jut out from his temple, curved with ridges. Draco’s beast was powerful, horrid, and fast. It had an uncontrollable hunger for blood.

I inquired, my voice barely above a whisper. Draco's expression shifted, a hint of mischief playing in his gaze. "They are no longer a threat," he said cryptically. "I turned them into reptiles and banished them to the depths of the underworld." A gasp escaped my lips, my astonishment mingled with a touch of trepidation. The power that Draco possessed, the ability to transform and banish his adversaries, both fascinated and frightened me. I had never witnessed such otherworldly magic before, and it made me crave such strength.

He can be lined up beside Shadow and Eclipse! An expert and a genius! You’re going to introduce him to us?!” he finally said. I smiled. If only you know. I thought.

“That’s the entire story.” Cobalt said as she swallowed an entire fish whole.
