Dragon Phoenix Eyes Novels & Stories

Some of his scales grow in sharp ridges widespread back along its face, growing ever larger down its back and even along the crests of its powerful wings, giving the red its unique spiky look. He flew piercing the thin air, breathing fire in his nostrils with fiery eyes, inside the dragon scales, his heart was beating as faster it could. The topaz-eyed red-dragon scanned every corner of the Black Iris Forest to examine his sister and by the bank of river Fairy Tears, he found his sister who was wrapped up in her blood. Seeing his beloved sister in the blood pool, the glaring topaz eyes changed their initial colour to red in rage. His eyes emitted a drop of fumed tears; he transformed to his

Dragons were ruthless, demon spawns of Satan that destroyed everything in their path, but oh were they some of the most gorgeous creatures on this planet! Tora, my mate, showed me some pictures that her sister had taken of her dragon before. I was in complete and utter awe of her. Her scales were the color of dusk, when the dark blues and purples mixed with the black. They had a metallic shine to them making them look like they had stars everywhere. Her eyes, oh goddess her eyes, they were the color of the most beautiful sunset. That perfect blend of dark yellow and orange.

Magic unlike anything I knew. A girl stood in the center of the conflagration, barefoot and bloody, her silver-blonde hair streaming in the wind. She obviously wasn't Nora. Her eyes, however, molten gold, shining from within, froze me to the spot. Dragon eyes. Like Nora’s, but older, wilder. She screamed. Not fear, but fury. Resistance. A defiance that spanned lifetimes. And then it came into view. A glaive, half-buried in ash. Blackened silver, with red metal that seemed to pulse like raw flesh.

A dragon’s eye color tells of its scales' color; there was no dragon with a different eye color from their scales, and no matter how happy she was with her little one, she was worried. “I will live to see the day the problem shall come,” Alaric replied, staring lovingly at his daughter. “Woe be gone, anyone who shall call her strange, they shall die by my fire. My little princess is the most beautiful one of all. Her blue eyes match her white scales perfectly, just like her mother’s wolf.” He glanced at Mariah with a smile, “It feels like I am looking at your wolf.”

I say, realizing that technically, this land is my people's land and I'm their Queen. "I was thinking, next time we're in the tunnel, why don't you shift your eyes? Can you see in the dark with them, like night vision? I'd assume they're called Dragon Eyes for a reason, right? Dragons have always been known to have night vision as adults," he comments. "I thought you didn't pay attention to your studies?" I tease. He's right, though. I hadn't ever paid much attention to how it was in the dark or the cave.

Then they complete the mating and marking in both forms. However, the scale will only recognise the dragon’s mate and if the mate is hurt, the scale releases an energy to heal the other. The dragon can give the scale to their mate if the mate is dying, but once given, it can’t be removed without killing them both. So the Lycan who took the scale would have found it useless to use on her fated mate. Selfish bitch. I have found nothing about phoenix’s in the library though, and it’s frustrating. Closing the book I’m reading, it is another dead end. I lean my head back and roll my neck as it crunches before rolling my shoulders. Standing, I stretch as a yawn escapes my mouth.

She was staring at the eyes of a dragon, and she was immobile. She got up and went into the bathroom. She switched on the light and stared at herself in the mirror. Her eyes grew wide unconsciously as she saw a dragon with red sclera and the pupils were cat-like and green. Then she saw something like a crest, with a dragon showing its side view, a castle on a mountain and a bloody battle.

Daniel grabs the butcher by the hair, pushing his face into the wooden table. "I suggest you start addressing your king with some respect." Daniels's voice is gruff, coming out almost animalistic. Looking closely at him, I see a glow to his eyes that I have never seen before. Rage is coming off him in waves. I study his demeanor for a moment before it hits me, the glow in his eyes is just like that of a raging dragon. Dragons when upset their eyes take on a deep glow.

With tremendously intense nervousness and curiosity, Leila whirled around. She was met by a pair of monstrous dragon eyes shaped like narrow triangles pointing sharply downwards. Crystal blue veins radiated from the center to the outer edge of the irises. Blue liquid wobbled inside them like lakes. Its dark vertical pupils were shrieking while the world around them dimmed, as if they were black holes sucking all the light in. Leila felt her whole being gravitating towards the wondrous eyes, as the dragon penetratingly stared into Leila’s very soul, like drowning in the water, with an immense suffocation.
