The Billionaire's Forgotten Ex-wife

The Billionaire's Forgotten Ex-wife

[Lincoln] With my pulse drumming in my ears, I bolt out of my seat, every noise fading beneath the roaring waves of the ocean. My mind hones in on one thing—my wife…drowning the water. Fuck. What was she thinking? Without hesitation, I dive in, my body slicing through the surface as cold water engulfs me. A figure is sinking lower, deeper. My muscles burn as I push forward, lungs tight, heart slamming against my ribs. I reach out, my fingers wrapping around an ankle before I shift to grab her waist.

I am enjoying this book. Lincoln is a real husband. He’s not like the husbands in some of the other books that I’ve read on this app where the husband is in denial and ignorant for the mistress or ex and never believes or protects his wife. Thanks author this is refreshing.

Now why would anyone want a man who can so easily be manipulated to become vicious towards his own wife!? Viv is an absolute snake who gets 90% of the blame, but Deric lost all my sympathy when he allowed his friends to do something so horrible to her!! →_→ I'm rooting for Arella and only Arella

Falling For The Alpha Hockey Player.

Falling For The Alpha Hockey Player.

But there's nothing. Panic claws at my throat as the blue surface rushes up to meet me. Cold water swallows me whole. I open my mouth to scream but it breaks into a stream of bubbles. My heart sinks to the pit of my stomach. My arms thrash uselessly, my legs kick harder and harder, but the water pulls me down. My throat burns, my eyes sting, my heart pounds so loud I can't think of anything else, except that I'm drowning. And this might really be the end of me.

Poison me softly

Poison me softly

This is an extraordinarily horrible way to die. I’m drowning and thinking this when arms closes around my body. From behind, I’m pulled by my torso, and up to the surface. I cough so hard I cannot breathe for several seconds. Just coughing and coughing while whoever is holding me, keeps my head above the water with one arm across my chest. The air comes back and I become aware of two things. I am no longer sinking. And the arm across me belongs to Jude.

Demon Queen, I want your love

Demon Queen, I want your love

A chuckle released from his lips, as he went in circles, obviously making fun of me. "Common Baby girl. You can do it." I inhaled, before moving my hand horizontally and flutter kicks. Before I knew it, I dived Into the water and tried the expert move. At first, I wonder if I was crazy. And really I was crazy. I felt myself drowning slowly. Oh no.

Purchased By The Bad Alpha

I thought I’d suddenly been tossed into the sea, I thought I was drowning. I struggled to come out of that pool of water, I threw my hands in the air, trying to swim out of it. Then I felt something worse than drowning, I felt a searing pain in my wrist that made me scream out in pain. I jumped up immediately and saw myself lying on Keith's bed, soaked to my skin with sweat and water mixed together.

Underwater

Underwater

Every hit had to count, and with that, she dislocated the front leg of the wolf in front of her, quickly slid to the side and let the one attacking from behind hit his comrade. The hit was bad, and while that one was trying to get up, Olive moved and bit its neck, crushing the windpipe and the bone. She could not linger because the one she had dislocated its leg was getting up. To kill her opponent, which was already down with crushed windpipe, Olive took a chunk of flesh from its throat and advanced towards the limping one.

Drowning in the Name of Love

Drowning in the Name of Love

I had screamed and begged, yet no one came to my aid. A massive wave hit, and the impact dislocated my arm. My limb hung at a twisted angle, blood dripping from my wrist onto the yacht's exterior. My cries grew weaker until I fell completely silent. Zachary abruptly shut off the footage. Color drained from his face as he kept muttering to himself, "This is fake, right? It has to be fake…" His voice wavered, stripped of its usual confidence. Trembling uncontrollably, he quavered in disbelief, "How could this happen? Sierra was a top-tier diver! How could she just die like that?"

I just finished reading the book, I enjoyed it and found myself looking forward to each chapter. There were moments where it felt neverending and repetitive, nevertheless I can't wait to read the end. In the meantime, I ask other readers what their thoughts of the book and how they hope it will end?

Absolutely amazing! I've been an avid lover of books for my entire life and I can honestly say that this either ties with my favorite novel, The Count of Monte Cristo, or might even surpass it with it's engaging plot, interesting characters, and a writing style that constantly keeps you wanting more

The Don's Contract Bride

The Don's Contract Bride

Struggling, my arms flailed, but the force held me under, and I could see my legs kicking me downward. The women's faces blurred above me, their voices muffled and distant. My vision darkened, as I couldn't breathe. I'm drowning and no one was paying attention. I stretched my hand, high up, with hot tears pouring out of my eyes and I choked. Perhaps, I should have never trusted their smiles. *** I gave up, and the water dragged my body down, not until I felt a hand pull me up and the pressure released. I broke the surface, panting for air while using my palm to wipe off the water.
