It feels like an invisible hand is trying to rip my heart out of my chest. He steepled his fingers, his gaze heavy. “Speak.” Theoden didn’t hesitate. “We need information.” The Alpha didn’t react. “On?” Selene lifted her chin. “The Wolves of the Eclipse.”

Make sure the knights respect their culture." I say, no room for objection and shutting the door in his face.

The onyx knights or the black knights. They are rookies who are like students; they train hard and learn the war crafts, but are not assigned any important missions. Then comes the topaz knights. When the onyx knights graduate, they reach the topaz knight level. They get less risky work, like escorting the nobles, joining hunts, etc. Then comes the emerald knights who have gained over five years of knighthood experience. They join important missions like wars, escorting the royal family, etc…”
