The Ninth Cipher

The Ninth Cipher

A sharp metallic crack echoed through the chamber. The crystal hands of the Keeper's Clock lurched forward another minute. Golden light spread around its edge. One more sealed archway unlocked with a deep groan. Only ten remained closed. Edward turned toward the moving clock. "It's accelerating." Elias's voice became urgent. "That shouldn't happen." "It only moves this quickly when—" Edward finished the sentence. "—when the Tenth Door is calling for its next Keeper." The boy standing beside the golden arch slowly lowered his head. His cheerful expression disappeared.

Her CEO's Steel Heart

Ozgar scoffed, eliciting a growl from Ezekiel and a smack on the back of the head from Sedar. "Enough," Sedar said, raising his voice as he retrieved two small boxes from his breast pocket and held them out at his sides. "Here's a token of my appreciation for everything." Ezekiel and Ozgar eagerly accepted and opened their gifts. "Shit!" Ezekiel shouted. "Mate, this is excessive." He stated, his gaze fixed on the Rolex platinum gold watch.

One of the best books I've read so far, creative writing style great use of words that complement the subject of the story as a whole. The plot develops well throughout the chapters and the picture created is undeniably beautiful. A great read

I don't know if 5stars are enough! This book is amazing and has my emotions going crazy. I love the characters and I like how you have added the translations inside the book comments so we aren't made to pay extra money. Very smart! Can't wait for the next chapters!!

Why are you unhappy?

She has a serious face, today has makeup, light blue earrings in her ears, and has a foreign beauty. Edward Mitchell stared at it and said, "The watch is yours to change, but the other is also really problematic." "What's the problem?" Too close apart, their breaths intertwined, a faint scent wafted from his collar, Anne Jenner unconsciously wanted to retreat, the result was that he grabbed her chin, pulled her back, eyes Looking behind her, Sally stared at the two as they approached. Edward Mitchell's teeth clenched, closing the distance, his thin lips glued to her ear said: "The seconds hand is off."

His Betrayal, His Regret

His Betrayal, His Regret

Sebastian/Elias’ POV Scarlet’s scream echoed through the dimly lit room, raw with disbelief and fury. “You’re lying!” she spat, her eyes blazing with denial. The restraints binding her wrists rattled as she struggled, but I didn’t move to stop her. There was no point—her fight wasn’t with me. It was with the truth. I let out a slow breath, pulling a small, timeworn pocket watch from my coat. The silver casing had dulled over the years, but the engraved initials remained clear.

"What do you mean?" He pulled the watch from his pocket and held it out. Selene flinched as if he were holding a venomous snake. The back of the watch, with its sharp, etched letters, seemed to glow with a faint, predatory red light. **[PROPERTY OF THE AETHEL-GROUP. RECOVERY MISSION PENDING.]**

The Alpha King's Little Bride

The Alpha King's Little Bride

He poured the last drink into his mouth, taking the whole thing in one gulp before turning to the men around him and saying, "I am very sorry, sirs, but I beg to take my leave now." "Of course, Your Grace," one of the man said with a small bow. He then dug his hand into his pocket and brought out a small old pocket watch before looking at its ticking hands. He shoved it back in as he said, "we might also have to leave too. It is getting late." "It is true," Edward said with a nod as he brought out his pocket watch and looked at it. "It really is getting late." Half of him was surprised that it really was late as it was already half past four while the other was just anticipating for them to

There's No Turning Back

" Theodore's card crumpled under the pressure of Harvey's long, powerful fingers. He opened his hand, letting the mangled card fall from his palm and drop to the floor. Then he lifted his foot and crushed it beneath his shoe. With deliberate provocation, Harvey raised his wrist toward Theodore. "This was a birthday gift from Elara—a Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin Moon phase watch." He arched an eyebrow, emphasizing, "'Moon phase.' See that? She asked me to wear her on my wrist." Theodore glanced down and chuckled quietly, Harvey's display of ownership amusingly transparent to him. "Let's discuss the actual matter at hand." Theodore dragged a chair opposite Harvey and sat down, legs sprea

How Angie didn’t know who that Elara was Luna, or that she won the maths competition if Rosalie kept her update on Elara? You missed the plot here ...‍♀️ Release the chapters before you lose more money as people like me will stop reading right now . A bit of respect for us please. Tks

I'm not gonna lie. This story does have skippable parts (I skipped the first 60 or so chapters and still figured stuff out fine. I also skip the child heavy chapters that don't include Harvey/Niamh). But this story really gets hilarious around chapter 280ish. Like the unhinged shit starts happening

The Eclipse of Eternity

The Eclipse of Eternity

Among them, a delicate silver pendant caught her eye, its design echoing the symbols carved into the box itself. "It's beautiful," Seraphina whispered, her fingers tracing the intricate patterns that adorned the pendant's surface. "But what does it mean?" Adrian's eyes shimmered with recognition as he gazed upon the heirloom, a sense of understanding dawning within him. "It's a symbol of the love that once united our families," he replied softly, his voice tinged with reverence. "A love that defied the odds and forged a bond strong enough to withstand even the darkest of times."
