Pero matapang at buong loob pa rin sa Monica sa kaniyang binabalak. Sa umpisa ng kanilang pagsasama ay, makikita na ayaw na ayaw talaga ni Fabian kay Monica ngunit may mga bagay na pinapatunayan si Monica at napapabilib nito ang lalaki at abangan sa mga susunod na kabanata kung ano nga ba kahihinatnan nang kanilang pagsasasama.
