Her thirst for vengeance

Her thirst for vengeance

Ivonne's pov The room was filled with towering stacks of books and strange artifacts I didn't recognise, Artifacts like dark curved stones, glass bottles with light that seemed to breathe inside them, coiled metallic ropes on carved wooden stands. Elara had pulled all of it from the deepest stores of the Lycan realm, and now the collection made the room feel both sacred and suffocating at the same time. I sat cross-legged on the mat, eyes closed, sweating through what had to be the most exhausting ritual the Oracle had walked me through yet. By the time she told me to open my eyes, I felt like I had run for miles.

Savage Reborn: Dumped Him to Marry the Billionaire

Savage Reborn: Dumped Him to Marry the Billionaire

Her fingers brushed against cold metal. She picked it up. It was an earring. A long, cascading drop of platinum and diamonds. It caught the light from the hallway, sparkling with a cruel, expensive fire. Vespera stared at it. It wasn't hers. She didn't own diamonds. Her wedding ring was a plain band because Lysander said jewelry was a "frivolous expense." She knew this earring. She had seen it swinging from a lobe just ten minutes ago. Elara.

Journey Through the Shadow Realms

Journey Through the Shadow Realms

Lankko went to another set-up of glass vessels and tubes and opened a stopper to let some of the glowing blue liquid drip from a round flask to a waiting glass vessel. Enzir followed the glass tube through which the blue elixir flowed and found a larger vessel where a tarnished gold ring with strange engravings was immersed. It was the magic ring that he seized a few days ago from a trader with elfin features who was trying to leave Alnoc without paying the required fees. Enzir remembered that it was bright gold when he gave it to Lankko. Now, it had lost its luster and had turned to a grayish hue. Enzir was not surprised after seeing so many magic artifacts that he gave to Lankko that turne

Hëna: Arranged by The Moon

Hëna: Arranged by The Moon

A room with a secret door leading down. Arthur then crouched down so that his eyes could meet Elora’s. His hands gripped Elora’s arm gently. Besides Arthur’s feet, there were two books of different sizes and colors. Elora recognized one of them as the werewolves’ journals. “El, maybe what I said is too heavy for you to understand. But I believe you are my very smart little girl. For that, I will try to tell you all this. I hope you understand it.” “Try it, Daddy.” Elora imitated Jason’s words while they were playing, and Jacinda gave him a hard challenge.

Shifter Deathbound Curse

Siron shouted. Elara was already moving. She tore a page from Elandra’s book, a three-layered protection symbol she had studied the night before, and pressed it against each window. The symbols glowed golden the moment they touched the glass, repelling the silver light that tried to seep through.

Beyond Beta's Rejection

Beyond Beta's Rejection

Aaron looked at the front and his eyes bulged out and then he shook his head. “Well, at least it’s a saving grace that part of the myth is real too,” he walked over and put the book down on the table. It was made of leather and had gold inlay on the front. I recognised the symbol straight away as the pendant that Elias had me wear the night of the ball. The one that belonged to his sister. The title of the book stood out to me and just seeing it felt like it unlocked something in me. I wasn’t aware whether I felt excited or scared.

I really enjoyed the story! It was decently written with minor grammatical errors. Some chapters could have been more concise. We didn’t find out the whereabouts of Damien, and what happens to Colton and his Demon, so in part two I guess? I will be on the lookout! Happy reading!

This has been the best shifter book I have read in a long time. So many twists and turns with quite a few I knew it's and I told you so's. I was so enamored with this book that I blew off a lot time at work reading it.

A Werewolf's Growth and Redemption

A Werewolf's Growth and Redemption

To ensure we were familiar with it in advance, Maria instructed Ethan to retrieve the artifact from her potion laboratory. As Ethan opened the box containing the artifact, we immediately felt the ancient and mysterious aura emanating from the Soul Lock Ring. Its appearance resembled an intricately crafted silver serpent, with a delicate metal surface embedded with complex magical runes. These runes shimmered with a bluish glow under the light, each one seemingly telling an ancient tale, imbued with indescribable power.

The Necromantress and the Blood Princess

The Necromantress and the Blood Princess

Victoria led Raven through the aisles hand in hand, fingers laced tight, the obsidian raven pendant at Raven’s throat catching flickers of light with every step. They moved in comfortable silence until Raven stopped before a shelf labeled in silver script: *Veilcraft – Intermediate Bindings*. Her sharp blue eyes scanned the spines—leather cracked with age, titles etched in languages half-forgotten. One volume called to her like a whisper against bone: *The Greater Veil: Finer Threads of Dominion*

The Enchanted Realm

The Enchanted Realm

Ancient artifacts lay carefully arranged on pedestals, each item a tantalizing clue to the realm's history. Elysia's heart raced as she approached one of the pedestals, her fingers brushing over an ornate amulet that pulsed with a soft, ethereal light. Elara, her elven senses attuned to the magic of the realm, picked up an age-old tome bound in leather that seemed to whisper ancient incantations. Kael, the stalwart guardian, examined an intricately carved staff that radiated an aura of strength and protection. Valen's eyes spark

The Rejected Curvy Luna Queen

The Rejected Curvy Luna Queen

With a subtle incantation, she disarmed the enchantment lacing the edges of the stone. As the panel slid away, a dim chamber revealed itself, lined with shelves of dusty tomes and scrolls. Amongst them, there were objects that glinted dully in the scant light-a collection of artifacts, each radiating a malevolent energy that made my skin crawl. "Careful," I warned, as Eden reached for a leather-bound volume. His touch sparked a faint glow from the runes embossed on its cover. We gathered around as he opened it, his fingers deftly turning the age-worn pages. The script was unfamiliar, but the images... they were unmistakable.
