The Perfect Revenge Of The Luna Queen

The Perfect Revenge Of The Luna Queen

Still, I kept my hand near it every so often, as if to reassure myself it hadn’t disappeared. We had stopped briefly at the inn to drop off a few things, then headed straight to the library. There was no time to waste, not when every second could mean the difference between life and death for Liam. The library smelled faintly of old pages and lavender polish. The warm light inside was such a sharp contrast to the damp, eerie air of the Hollow that for a moment, I just stood there, letting my lungs take it in. Miss Elsie spotted us instantly. The old librarian’s eyes widened when she saw the look on my face. She didn’t even ask questions, just bustled toward us with her shawl trailing behind

The Last Dragon's Mage

The Last Dragon's Mage

I closed my eyes, letting the fatigue take over my senses. ~~~~~~ [Elias] After a long time, I was back to the old library that Rosa created. Yet again, it was due to my suspicions and fear for Erica’s youngest one. We had salvaged a lot of important texts before The War had happened. The library welcomed me like an old friend. I stepped in and basked in the smell of old books and nostalgia for a few moments. And then I began my search. After browsing through many books and journals, I finally got my answer on a tattered page stuck inside a journal. However, the answer I got made my insides roil in fear. This time, the fear was greater than what I felt a few decades ago.

The Chemistry

The Chemistry

, Nina, Mayeli's maid said. Mayeli rolled her eyes. She wasn't expecting anything from anybody, so who would send her one? She took a sip of water. She was in her library simply whiling away time, something she rarely did, but it was Friday afternoon, so she was free. Her library was simply furnished. White walls, a polished glass bookshelf holding all of her favorite books, awards, and certificates. A few pictures of her and Bryelle hung on the white wall, and one of her and Killian when they were teenagers, was seated on her medium-sized oak desk.

Throne of Claws (Book one of Dragons and Wolves)

Throne of Claws (Book one of Dragons and Wolves)

Maybe they'll finally accept me. Mae stared at me with admiration in her eyes and ruffled my hair. “Your imagination is wild.” she chuckled. “You made me read all those big books in the library. I read somewhere that the sun can grant you powers.” I quipped. Mae tipped her head back and laughed. “Oh, dear Eloise! Just what books have you been reading.” My brows knit in confusion at her amused expression. Mae always insisted on reading every book I saw. She says the most power was hidden in books, that you can discover anything if you read hard enough. When we weren't training, she made us spend all our time in the library.

There's No Turning Back

There's No Turning Back

After finishing her meal, Elara couldn't wait to slip into Leonard's study. Calling it a study wasn't quite accurate—it was more of a library. The Oakread estate housed a three-story library filled with rare, out-of-print books, along with classified research materials that even top university professors would struggle to access. Elara immersed herself in this vast ocean of knowledge. But with Merida and Finnegan still waiting for her, she reluctantly left after indulging in two hours of reading.

How Angie didn’t know who that Elara was Luna, or that she won the maths competition if Rosalie kept her update on Elara? You missed the plot here ...‍♀️ Release the chapters before you lose more money as people like me will stop reading right now . A bit of respect for us please. Tks

I'm not gonna lie. This story does have skippable parts (I skipped the first 60 or so chapters and still figured stuff out fine. I also skip the child heavy chapters that don't include Harvey/Niamh). But this story really gets hilarious around chapter 280ish. Like the unhinged shit starts happening

Longing For My Ex-Wife

Longing For My Ex-Wife

“Only if you promise to walk next to me while I wear it.” They left the store without the hat, but both of them were smiling. After walking for a while, they found a small bookstore tucked into the corner of the street. The door had a little bell that jingled as they entered. Inside, it smelled like paper and lavender. Maya moved between the shelves slowly, running her fingers along the spines of the books. Elias followed her, occasionally picking one up and reading the back cover. “I used to come to places like this with my mom,” he said quietly.

Her last name, His claim

Her last name, His claim

"Sorry, sorry. But FINALLY. When? How? Was it good? Scale of one to ten, how much did it scramble your brain?" "Last night. At my door. And..." I touched my lips again without meaning to. "Fifteen." Maya's eyes widened. "Fifteen out of ten?" "Yeah." "Oh, you're in trouble," Olive said, but she was smiling. "I know." We moved to the back room, technically we were supposed to be working, but the library was nearly empty and this felt more important. "Tell us everything," Judy demanded, settling onto the desk like it was story time.

His office my rules

His office my rules

ELI My laptop was balanced on my knees as I sat cross-legged on my bed, the afternoon light spilling through my window in long streaks across the floor. Summer had settled in fully now, the kind of warm, slow day where time seemed to stretch longer than usual. On the screen, Maya was mid-rant. “I’m telling you,” she said, waving her hands dramatically in front of the camera, “the archives department is basically a dungeon.” I laughed. “You work in a university library, Maya. Not a medieval castle.”

After Divorce: Ex-wife Never Turns Back

After Divorce: Ex-wife Never Turns Back

Maya’s POV I choose the café because it looks harmless. A tiny place tucked between an antique bookstore and a florist, the kind of shop where people sip lavender lattes and gossip about neighbors instead of federal trials. Eloise arrives three minutes late, flustered, her sunglasses too large for her small face, giving her the appearance of a startled sparrow. She spots me and hurries over, sliding into the seat across from me. “Sorry,” she whispers. “There were reporters outside your hotel again. I did not want to be seen.”

Dear readers, thank you for your supports! I'm sorry—this is indeed bit of a long story. But I promise I'll give this story a perfect ending. Plus, I personally love the plot design of the latter half of the story, hehe^^ You are welcome to leave comments and share your thoughts!

The Outcast Theory

The Outcast Theory

Isolde's mother gave Zara the address at two in the afternoon, after the disclosure had been filed and the panel had received it and Justice Osei had sent a message confirming receipt with the specific quality of a woman who had stopped being surprised by what the morning produced and was simply processing each development with the efficiency her role required. The library's name was the Crestmoor Reading Foundation, which was the kind of name that communicated civic virtue without inviting scrutiny. It had a public face reading programs, community lending, a respectable website with photographs of children and books and the warm institutional aesthetic of genuine cultural contribution. The
