“Blunt Pain is more than just me,” Axl said as he handed the phone back to Calum.
Calum’s expression didn’t change or soften. “The public doesn’t care about fairness. You’ve got a pretty face with a bad boy attitude. People love it. There’s always one person they focus on. You had to know it would be you, Axl.”
“I get it. But we’re all Blunt Pain.”
“Then let Aspen work her magic,” he said, and disappeared into the shadows, his footsteps drowned out by the crowd still cheering their name.
