She didn't even bother to fully turn around and talk like a normal person then again she is not a normal person but a runaway mental patient from the asylum. Well, not really but to me she is a mental person and doesn't deserve Liam. Liam deserves someone better.

A lot of red. Several doms stand frozen in the doorway, staring into the room as if they can’t believe what they’re seeing. “What’s going on?” I ask Ellie and Amelia, my voice high with anxiety. Ellie’s face is streaked with tears. She can barely speak. “It’s... it’s Emma,” she stammers. “She tried to murder Henry last night.” My stomach drops like a stone. My skin goes ice cold. Aiden’s head snaps toward her. “What?” he demands. His voice is sharp. Dangerous. Ellie flinches.

“You’re the Alpha. You’re supposed to trust in us, trust in me.” I looked at him with desperation, pleading for him to change his mind. But Caleb’s expression didn’t change, even as his eyes grew haunted. “I’m sorry, Emma,” he said to me, then out loud. “I reject you, Emma as my mate and hereby annul this mating ceremony” and then he turned and walked away, leaving me alone in front of everyone, humiliated and broken. I didn’t stay to see the reaction of the others. I turned, my heart racing with hurt and fury, and fled. My only thought was to escape, to get as far from Caleb, the pack, and the shattered future I’d dreamed of as I could.

This is what I want. "Emma, come with me." She looks hesitant but follows me to the back of my car. I opened my trunk. There's the body of a deer that I've prepared. "I crashed into it and it looks so in pain so I slit its throat. Sorry if that's scared you." She seems don't fully trust me yet but it means she's smart enough to not believe a stranger like me. "Hahaha it's fine, I was just surprised to see an officer having a bloody knife in his car."

Her alarm sounded and Emma stretched as she climbed out of the hospital bed. She washed her face and brushed her teeth before returning to Daryl’s side. “I’m going to see the men off this morning and I will be back. I promise you, I will make these men pay for what they have done.” She kissed his temple and walked to the pack house.

His facial expression instantly became serious. He didn’t say anything, but he quickly sat up and moved closer to Xyla so that he could hear what Jeremy was saying. “Emily killed herself. Your aunt suddenly had a cerebral hemorrhage… They both died yesterday,” Jeremy said. This sudden news left Xyla in a state of disbelief. She really didn’t think the two of them would end up like this. The other day, when Xyla saw Emily, Emily didn’t look like she would kill herself at all. Emily even said through gritted teeth that she would get her revenge against Xyla once she got out of prison.

Emma woke up with a jolt. When he eyes shot open, she looked around the strange room which reeked of herbs and medicine. She was sweating so much that her entire blouse was wet. Her head felt heavy. She closed her eyes and thought of the last thing she remembered which was Michelle wriggling in pain on the floor. Her hand instinctively moved to her chest where there had been a wound. It had healed. She didn’t understand why Michelle had also been in pain. The only reasonable answer was that a witch had linked them so that Michelle would also die if she killed Emma. Could Casey have done it?

The over speeding van that was filled up with gun men escaping from the police ran straight into Riley, throwing her high up in the air and landing her so hard on the floor. Riley's blood sputtered around,all over the road. Eddie screamed again and just as the van zoomed off,he ran back into the road,his eyes on the plate number of the van. He turned back to look at Riley with tears in his eyes. "RILEY!!!" He cried out and ran towards her with other people who are gradually coming out from hiding. But it was too late.
