The video skipped and I saw the back of her car as she drove towards the forest where I had found her. I saw the smiling face of JD as he leaned out of window and shot her tyre out. Her car swerved and then she pulled off the road. She slammed her door shut and looked in dismay at the blown out tyre. JD and Carson were wearing masks now as they pulled up behind her. “No! Let me go!” Rylee screamed as JD grabbed her and punched her so hard that she lost consciousness. He carried her back to the van and put her down gently on the floor. I didn’t want to look but I couldn’t avert my eyes.

We reached the couple after a few minutes of walk and stopped. "Hello, I hope you both are having a nice time. You both look so beautiful and in love. I know you both don't know us, but let me introduce you. I am Emma Salvatore, an artist and this is Liam. Your beautiful moment caught my artistic eyes which is why I couldn't resist and paint this heartwarming moment on my canvas." I inform while taking the canvas from Liam's hand.

But Caleb’s expression didn’t change, even as his eyes grew haunted. “I’m sorry, Emma,” he said to me, then out loud. “I reject you, Emma as my mate and hereby annul this mating ceremony” and then he turned and walked away, leaving me alone in front of everyone, humiliated and broken. I didn’t stay to see the reaction of the others. I turned, my heart racing with hurt and fury, and fled. My only thought was to escape, to get as far from Caleb, the pack, and the shattered future I’d dreamed of as I could.

"Hahaha it's fine, I was just surprised to see an officer having a bloody knife in his car."

Her alarm sounded and Emma stretched as she climbed out of the hospital bed. She washed her face and brushed her teeth before returning to Daryl’s side. “I’m going to see the men off this morning and I will be back. I promise you, I will make these men pay for what they have done.” She kissed his temple and walked to the pack house.

Emma said, pushing Catherine off the doorway and entering my room uninvited. Emma looked tattered; she had lost more than a pound in less than a month, and her once long hair was now reaching her face, and eye bags were present below her eyes due to lack of sleep or crying too much; she didn't take Jack's death lightly. “Hi Emma, what's the problem?" I asked as Catherine shut the door; she didn't look offended by Emma's rude behavior; Catherine understood she was still in her grieving era. “Firstly, my husband died in Chicago without saying goodbye, and I got this letter from the killer, who you all claimed to be Harley," she said, handing a letter over to me.

Before he can recover, she grabs him by the neck and snaps it. He falls to the floor, dead. “What have you done? You killed Marty!” One of them yells at her and immediately lounges at Emilia. She dodges him and he falls to the ground. The third guy kicks her in the back, but she recovers quickly. She brings out her pen-knife and waves it right in front of the guy. He stupidly lounges at her, and Emilia pierces his heart immediately. He coughs out blood and dies.

His facial expression instantly became serious. He didn’t say anything, but he quickly sat up and moved closer to Xyla so that he could hear what Jeremy was saying. “Emily killed herself. Your aunt suddenly had a cerebral hemorrhage… They both died yesterday,” Jeremy said. This sudden news left Xyla in a state of disbelief. She really didn’t think the two of them would end up like this. The other day, when Xyla saw Emily, Emily didn’t look like she would kill herself at all. Emily even said through gritted teeth that she would get her revenge against Xyla once she got out of prison.

Emma woke up with a jolt. When he eyes shot open, she looked around the strange room which reeked of herbs and medicine. She was sweating so much that her entire blouse was wet. Her head felt heavy. She closed her eyes and thought of the last thing she remembered which was Michelle wriggling in pain on the floor. Her hand instinctively moved to her chest where there had been a wound. It had healed. She didn’t understand why Michelle had also been in pain. The only reasonable answer was that a witch had linked them so that Michelle would also die if she killed Emma.
