Well, I can’t believe that their story is over. My heart tore up when I wrote the last chapter. But I’m also so happy that Eren and Hayat got their beautiful ending, together with their son. Maybe with their new baby as well. Erena. Perhaps a sequel? Haha.

It rolled off Benny caught off guard since its entire attention was centered on getting his soul. Benjamin rolled up swiftly then grabbed the Eater before it could recover and threw it as hard as he could. The creature went flying and didn't even graze the low wall around the roof before going over the side.

I seize the opportunity, launching a final decisive blow that sends her stumbling backward, defeated. Finally, realizing her defeat is imminent, the witch retreats, vanishing into the shadows. Natasha, visibly shaken by the encounter, stares at me in disbelief. I approach her, offering reassurance and comfort. “Don’t worry, Natasha. It’s over now. Just remember, be cautious around strangers. You never know who they truly are.”

With the little sounds I could hear, there was a battle of bullet exchange not too far from us.
