Falling for the Alpha

Falling for the Alpha

I listened as she told me all about their argument and drank a bottle of wine. After half an hour, I had enough. “Ok, let's go” I pulled her from the couch and pushed her out the back door and into her house, where I found Nathan sitting in an armchair whilst Noah was on the sofa, both with a beer in their hands. I pushed Summer down on the couch next to Noah. “Noah, you were out of order asking if she was trying to keep her options open. You know that's not the case. You two are going to spend the rest of your life together, so if she needed a few days before marking each other, you should have been supportive. She's scared about moving packs. Her dad died before she was born, then her mum

Second Life, Different Choice

Second Life, Different Choice

"Dad, I'm fine. Just…give me my laptop. I haven't finished my applications yet." I couldn't trust Terry. I was scared he had already picked the worst possible colleges for me. As soon as I got the laptop, my hands trembled while I logged into the application site and changed everything back to the ones I actually wanted. Terry had probably forgotten those promises he once made to me a long time ago. I had just handed the laptop back when I saw my father holding up his phone. "How would Katrina know where the others are? What rafting livestream? I'm heading over right now!"

To Hate and To Hold

To Hate and To Hold

It sounded so cold. “I am not telling you to do it.” He turned around. His eyes were red. “The thought of it… it breaks me.” “But you want me to think about it.” She held his gaze. She needed to see the truth. “I want you to have a choice!” The words burst from him. “Right now, we have no choices! Only bad endings. That… that thing on the porch, it is a horrible choice. But it is still a choice.” Elena looked at her sister. Chloe’s expression was shattered. She looked at her mother, who seemed to have aged ten years in an hour.

Divorced by the Billionaire, Pregnant with His Heir

“What happens if I choose white?” “Existence remains free.” “And dies?” “Eventually.” “What if I choose black?” “Existence survives.” Lucas looked at Elena. “But nobody really chooses anything anymore.” The Silence nodded. Lucas shook his head. “Those are both bad.” “Yes.” “Then I choose neither.” The Silence stared at him. “THERE IS NO THIRD OPTION.” Lucas smiled. Elena recognized that smile. It was the same one he had worn before surprising Mother Zero. “That's what she said too.”

Betrayed by The Exchange

Betrayed by The Exchange

Summer shot back, her tone unapologetic. Dominic's eyes sparkled with amusement, while Elara's expression remained serious. It was clear not everyone appreciated her assertiveness, and she needed to be aware of that. "I'm not here to win a popularity contest," Summer retorted, her voice steady. "I'm here because I have no other choice." Elara's eyes narrowed, and Summer could feel the tension creeping back in. "Ah, but you're mistaken if you think that. Our choices shape who we are, my dear. You may be a guest now, but soon you'll need to decide where your loyalties lie."

The Luna's Choice

The Luna's Choice

He gave me the finger before I turned to face my partner. But Seth, she's correct; it's up to you. Kim snorted unattractively, "Thanks Hunger Games." Resident Evil, no issue, I said. She asked with obvious confusion, "What?" I said, "Watch the movies, I think you'll like them," before entirely disregarding Kim and moving back to Seth. "The choice is up to you. Do we go with this now or not? Levi was silent for a while, attentively observing me, and then he turned to face me. Do you still have the bag I gave you?

The Endless Love

The Endless Love

He had seen many gold diggers in the past—women who pretended to come from wealthy families until they were exposed after he ran background checks on them. Linda could easily be one of them, trying to get his attention—especially now that she was pregnant and might be looking for a way out. He picked up his phone from the left side of his table and called Frank. This was Frank’s specialty, and he did it well. This wasn’t the first time Charles had called him for this kind of job, and Frank always delivered. “Hello, Frank,” he said as Frank answered the call. “I’m fine, Mr. Charles,” Frank replied.

Summer coldly asked, "Do you really think you're in a position to ask me for anything? Just make your choice. I'll count down to three. If you still can't choose, then it's the first choice for you!" "Summer!" Claudia shouted with reddened eyes. "Three," Summer started the count emotionlessly.

The Endless Chase

I don’t want to dirt his bed. "There's nothing like this in our village. I'm just used to street games," I said while looking at the words 'Game over' on the screen of his big television. "Street games, huh?" That seemed new to him. I turned to Luxious. "Street games like: chasing, hide-and-seek, heaven and hell, and more. It's fun especially when you have a lot of friends." Luxious went silent. "Why?" I was nervous at the expression on his face.

Flash Marriage With My Ex's Brother

The hum of the crowd outside disappeared, leaving only the sound of my racing heartbeat. Blaze released my hand and leaned back against the wall, his smirk firmly in place. “Don’t worry about Summer,” he said casually. “She’s just bitter because she had no other choice.” “No other choice?” I echoed, folding my arms. “I gave her two options,” Blaze explained, his tone almost too nonchalant. “Publicly apologise or pack her things and leave. I knew she hated humiliation and would be forced to leave the company of her own volition but she chose an apology.”

I was really enjoying the book despite the wait in between chapters but I swear the last 5-7 chapters have all been repeats with different titles. I refuse to pay money anymore for this book when some major editing needs to happen.
