One wrong word and everything else is shot straight to hell. “I need your help.:” I stated plainly. No pleasantries. The Russians and Italians were lifelong enemies. We stood on either side of the line and always found an excuse to kill one another. Our feud ran so far and so deep that even friendships and alliances were all cursed and doomed before they could even start. But I said it anywhere. Not because I was weak. But because the enemy of my enemy was a fucking friend. He cocked a brow like he didn’t believe I had just said that.

THE FINAL BATTLE The enemy's leader, a towering figure with eyes that glowed like embers, raised his hand and summoned a wave of dark energy. Maya and Arin dodged to the side, avoiding the attack by mere inches. Aria, the guardian of the earth, stepped forward and summoned a wall of flame to block the enemy's attack. The flames roared and crackled, illuminating the dark fortress and casting flickering shadows on the walls. Maya and Arin took advantage of the distraction to launch a counterattack. Maya summoned a storm of ice and snow, while Arin unleashed a barrage of arrows imbued with the power of the earth.

she whispered, tears streaming down her face. Emily reached out, but Aurora stepped back, shaking her head. Her mind raced as she grappled with the impossible truth. How could her mate—her destined partner—be the enemy? Aurora stammered, “My mate—Hunter—is my enemy.” Aurora stood in stunned silence, her body frozen. For a moment, it felt like time itself had stopped. Her wide eyes stared blankly ahead as she placed a trembling hand on her forehead. “Oh my God,” she whispered, her voice cracking. “How can my mate… my mate… be my enemy? And I was starting to regret it—curse my big mouth. “So be a good girl and do as I say… unless you want that spanking,” he added with a hint of lust in his voice, his eyes drifting to my cleavage. “I’d be stupid to give you that kind of opportunity,” I replied, rolling my eyes. He was so full of himself. I was about to walk away when he gently grabbed my hand. “I’m serious, Zara. This place may look peaceful, but it can be dangerous. I have enemies—even among these people—waiting for a chance to strike. If you notice anything strange, come straight back.”

Zara's POV My dad's shouts from downstairs wakes me up. I sit up, disoriented and angry at him but his tone makes me realize it is something serious. I change out of my pajamas, and hurry downstairs to find out what is wrong. I nudge my brother who is standing quietly by the stairs. "What is going on?" I whisper in his ear. " The same old rivalry between our pack and the royals, but this time someone fucked up" The blood moon pack and the royal pack have been at loggerhead for years now, even before I was born. I don't actually know what started the whole thing, only rumors about how our ancestors betrayed each other.

I'm surrounded by four enemies. How do I escape this situation?

We face every war with high head and broad shoulders. I Dont see my enemies being tired. Yes, they are dying in the hands of my demon soldiers but only when they are attacked on their necks. A strike of sharp sword on their necks, a powerful snap, choking them etcetera is causing death to them. I have to know more about them. This isn’t the first time other universe have attacked ours. Actually this is first time I dont see fear in my enemies eyes. “I hate it”.

"It worked out reasonably well." The name came with enemies. This was not a surprise in this world every name of significance came with enemies, that was simply the physics of it. What surprised me was the specific texture of the Moretti enemies, which was different from what I had grown up observing in my father's world.
