Cat ~Saturday Night I was so happy that the weekend was here. It was rodeo time here in Baker, and I wanted to take the kids out to watch the events and have a good time. All of us worked hard to finish up our daily chores early so we could get ready to go out.

Only time will tell who prevails. In addition to A Cruel Fate, I am currently writing another book that will be coming to GN soon. In order to continue with that process and maintain expectations for publishing both books in a timely manner, I will be updating this book on Monday, Wednesday, Friday evenings Hawaii Standard Time. ******************* *** Phil *** Like with all other markets, Ever-Good supermarket was always busy on weekends. Sunday evenings were normally the busiest times. Phil only came around for a few hours during each shift. Not that Sunday was his day off. He didn't have a fixed day for that. He took a day off during the week whenever he felt like it. His assistant would argue that that was Never. He was here every day. Today was different, though. He had chosen to stay away from work today. Although, he had been around in the morning for thirty minutes and planned to do the same for this evening.

A strong hand clapped him on the back drawing his attention forward. “Look, see there!” Dean said, pointing to the Black sails coming around the corner. Gavin's first reaction was to grab a hold of Dean for touching him but paused. Gavin’s eyes spotted the ghost-like ship gliding across the ocean. It was still as haunting as the first time he laid eyes on it. It was a ship from nightmares but it was stunning. He spotted her golden hair as the ship drew near. The doom in his stomach fading slightly. The Evening Star pulled up alongside the Morning Star day and night at a stand still.
