Every Other Weekend Book Novels & Stories

It had been the longest day at work, to finish off the longest week. I was so glad it was the last Friday of the month, this meant only one thing, my online book club was getting together to gossip about their latest read, all of us would have a glass of wine or two as we swapped ideas on our most recent book. I had a feeling tonight would be a good session as they had picked an erotic novel this time.

He lets out a frustrated sound and tips his head back, his lips moving dramatically as he silently prays for strength to deal with me. I've seen that look enough to know what it is. "Only the first night of book club is at the store. We take turns rotating every week to people's houses. They took pity on us and let us do it together." He says, showing me his sheet of paper showing what week people signed up for. I have one as well, but I just folded it and shoved it into my book not realizing what it was. "Shit, so what does that even mean?" I ask and Everett shrugs.

Hey Readers. Thank you for reading my book. This is my first book I've written so please bare with me. I promise it will get more interesting as the book goes on. I actually feel quite terrible for that but I’ve been really busy recently— the hours in a day feel like 10 hours rather than 24 hours. She went to Aldwick Books most Saturdays. This had been true before I knew her and remained true after — the canvas bag on one shoulder, the particular unhurried quality of someone who was not going somewhere urgent but somewhere wanted. She had described it to me once, not as a ritual but as a fact: I go on Saturdays. Jo saves things. The way she stated facts she considered settled. I had been once alone, in January of the previous year, on a Saturday when the coffee cart near the office had been closed for three weeks and something had made me want to see the place she went to.

I am concentrating on my exclusive book, Chasing Their Unlvoed Luna, but I am planning to try to update at least three or four times per week until this book is finished. we are getting closer to the climax of the book and then pulling it all togther to wrap the story up, but there are still a few big events planned between now and the end.
